I know I've referred to No Names death a few times….but for me it shows a level of control.

Pic related is messy but I think it gets the point across. So I was looking at the 5:5 clock and noticed that the grouping from the end of Oct Start of Nov is at the bottom of the Q clock. The most recent grouping over the last several days is at the top of the Q clock. Perhaps the proximity to :55 or the mirror :25 is a factor. OK, Anons, I'm following up the Beverley Eckert drop from one year back and found these posts. I think they are Q, and I think a few of the connected posts are also Q, and some are hilarious, but these seem to be the ones with the crucial info.

The posts are dropping multiple clues, and given MANY hints for digs that go in many directions. It seem multiple people were killed on one flight together, Colgan Air Flight 3407.

 

Beverly Eckert, of course, was a 9/11 widow who refused to accept payment for keeping her mouth shut and was seeking to know the truth.

 

Another who died on the flight was Rwanda researcher Alison Des Forges. The official story of the Rwandan genocide is that it was mainly conducted by Hutus and the victims were Tutsis. But before her death she had begun focusing more attention on atrocities committed by the Rwandan Patriotic Front, the group led by Paul Kagame that won the war and became the government. Kagame is still the effective ruler of Rwanda.

 

The spark that set of the genocide was a plane crash on… APRIL 6, 1994. (So many plane crashes…) The plane was carrying the presidents of Rwanda and Burundi, who were returning from a peace conference that was supposed to make final arrangements on a power-sharing agreement that would put a stop to ethnic conflict. But the missile downed the plane on its descent to Kigali, and all died. Shortly thereafter, the most radical "Hutu Power" elements in the existing Hutu-controlled government seized power and started the slaughter. The "obvious" conclusion is that the Hutu fanatics downed the plane so they could avoid peace and get their genocide on.

 

But…

 

Nobody has ever really established who shot down the plane, and it seems the Rwandan Patriotic Front forces kicked into action immediately afterwards, including a unit already in Kigali in preparation for the peace treaty. I am just an amateur who reads books on this, but I have long suspected the RPF shot the plane down, and others have suspected the same.

 

Paul Kagame is an interesting guy who happens to have received military training at Ft. Leavenworth. He was an extremely effective military leader, and the genocide ended with him seizing control of the country and ruling since then. And he seems to have remade the country in his own image. Crime is way down. On the other hand you are not allowed to have an ethnic group anymore or question official accounts…

 

(If some diabolical person has ever wondered if genocide could be EFFECTIVE, setting the stage for a complete refashioning of society… hmmm, maybe the answer is yes. Trial run?)

Step back to the kickoff of the genocide. Tensions had been building, and UN "peacekeepers" were already in place. The UN commander was Canadian general Romeo Dallaire. Shortly before all hell broke loose, he got a tip from an informant about where the Hutu Power plotters were stashing their weapons. He made plans for a quick raid, informed his UN controllers and was told… to stand down. As the genocide kicked off, he desperately sought guidance from his UN superior, who simply refused to answer the phone. And that was… future UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan. (Was the Nobel Peace Prize payment for silence?) Ultimately, Dallaire's well-armed troops did basically nothing against machete-wielding thugs, except some Belgian paratroopers got brutally slaughtered.

 

Who else did nothing to help? That's right: President William Jefferson Clinton! The State Dept spokeperson was notoriously asked: "How many acts of genocide does it take to make genocide?" Her reply: "…that's just not a question I'm in a position to answer." Clinton wiffled and waffled, but Kagame was very effective militarily, and his forces made a quick run through Rwanda, even if many of his innocent co-ethnics were being hacked to death at the same time.

 

Historically, the French government was seen as a prime backer of the Hutu-dominated Rwandan regimes. Eventually French forces arrived and set up a "safe corner" of Rwanda (in Operation Turquoise). Some idealists criticized them for providing safety for… the perpetrators! By the time the French really got set up, the RPF was winning, and many Hutus were fleeing, along with many of the Hutu génocidaires. They fled into the French zone, and then they fled into… the Congo! (But we'll get to that…)

 

Eventually the US did step in and start providing "assistance" with a focus on supporting the RPF-controlled government. On the surface it seems like the US and France might have been "supporting" (even if Slick Willy wasn't giving MUCH support) "opposite" sites in a genocidal conflict. But a "conspiracy theorist" might ask whether the REAL powers weren't on the "same" side all along, supporting the whole playout of events….

 

And yet the REAL slaughter had scarcely begun!

If you do not have a clear picture of African political geography in your mind, now is a good time to look at the image above. Rwanda is the rather SMALL country that I circled so you could see it. Congo is the BIG country to the left. Yet somewhow this small country (with a much smaller population too) ended up controlling the destiny of the much bigger country, and sparking a war that drew in many other African nations.

 

Technically, I guess, there are supposed to be two Congo Wars. In reality, it is pretty much one long war that is more or less still going (like Afghanistan). Most people in the US know something about the Rwanda genocide. It fits the narrative… it is "about" the danger of "racism" and "stereotyping" and all that. Never again! (Except when convenient…) Almost nobody knows ANYTHING about the Congo Wars, although typically those who make an effort to write on it call it the worst conflict since WW2. It has killed FAR more people than the Rwandan genocide (even counting the victims of the RPF).

 

It is perhaps worth reemphasizing, as some Anons know, that Congo has a wealth of "natural resources".

 

I know far more about the Congo Wars than the average person, but my knowledge is still rudimentary. Congo, then called Zaire, was ruled by Mobuto Sese Seko, an eccentric and extremely corrupt autocrat who ruled for decades and had sided with the US in the Cold War. He was closer to the end of life than the beginning and perhaps no longer useful. Laurent Kabila, an obscure revolutionary, who had been fighting since the 60's when he had received assistance from Che Guevara, and had been thought dead, suddenly reappeared and began a march across Congo, assisted by forces loyal to… Paul Kagame (and his former patron Uganda).

 

Somehow, these forces were able to swiftly overthrow Mobutu, who had ruled for decades. Kabila became president, but in less than four years he was assassinated, only to be succeeded by his son, who ruled until 2019. Relations with the Rwandans soured, and they were thrown out. But the WARS continued… and that is what matters perhaps. WAR and DESTRUCTION can create many opportunities for those with few scruples and much greed.

 

A few books have been written about the Congo Wars, but the stories never really hit the mainstream media.

 

One newsman did put together a multi-part story about them, trying to remedy the nearly complete lack of attention they had recevied for years at that point. It was a five-part story by Nightline's Ted Koppel. (He hardly EVER did a multi-part story like that, so he must have though this was BIG.) The first part broadcast on Sept 7, 2001. Parts 2-5 were scheduled for Sept 11-14, 2001. As it happens, they were preempted by coverage of current events.

Fox News host Sean Hannity, one of President Donald Trump’s most fervent supporters and an unofficial presidential adviser, has some new fans: followers of the the QAnon conspiracy theory. Interest in Hannity's show spiked on a prominent QAnon message board after the pseudonymous "Q" endorsed the broadcast. QAnon believers are celebrating Hannity for promoting themes following the conclusion of special counsel Robert Mueller’s Trump-Russia investigation that they say echo their own.

 

The conspiracy theory centers on an anonymous account claiming to be a high-level government official with “Q” security clearance. The account posts cryptic messages on 8chan’s “/qresearch/” forum, and followers obsess over the “Q” posts by decoding and documenting them to spin major news stories into evidence of either a plot against Trump and his supporters or of pro-Trump victories against the “deep state.” Some followers of the QAnon conspiracy theory have allegedly engaged in deadly violence, and others have reportedly threatened to kill YouTube employees and even Trump himself.

 

Hannity has a long record of pushing conspiracy theories and misinformation, and for the last two years his show has revolved around the baseless notion that Mueller's probe was the result of a "deep state" conspiracy to remove Trump from office. And last week, the account posting as “Q” twice urged its followers to tune in to Hannity’s shows. On the March 25 edition, Hannity repeated his regular attacks on the “deep state,” which fit similar narratives as those posited by the QAnon conspiracy theory: There’s a corrupt, criminal “deep state” hellbent on ousting the president, but that Trump is outsmarting its members.

In 8chan posts, “Q” urged followers to tune in to Hannity

 

On March 25, an 8chan post attributed to “Q” urged readers to “listen & watch Sean Hannity today.”

 

On March 27, “Q” again urged people to watch Hannity’s show, which featured a 45-minute phone call with Trump.

 

Hannity’s arguments likely resonated with QAnon believers

 

Some of Hannity’s arguments have overlapped with the narratives that QAnon followers have built around the cryptic 8chan posts by “Q.” As researcher Travis View has described, the conspiracy theory revolves around Trump “secretly battling a corrupt deep state and an evil cabal of pedophile Satan-worshiping elites.” The narrative also puts Trump in a larger scheme to prosecute Democrats, Obama administration officials, and others who are supposedly trying to lead a coup against the White House. Since Mueller was appointed special counsel in May 2017, Hannity has criticized the probe over and over again, demanded investigations of those in the “deep state” against Trump, and said he has “sources” claiming that it would happen soon.

China is gaining the capability to pose a critical threat to NATO, U.S. officials warned on the eve of an alliance summit in Washington. “NATO is now assessing what China is doing,” Kay Bailey Hutchison, the U.S. ambassador to NATO, told reporters Tuesday evening in Washington. Caitlyn Caruso and D. J. Hill, each told their #MeToo stories to the New York Times.

 

Caitlyn Caruso, 22, told the New York Times that Joe Biden rested his hand on her thigh at an event on sexual assault in Las Vegas, Nevada. She said she even tried to show her discomfort by squirming in her seat during the event. Caruso, a sexual assault survivor who was 19 at the time Biden groped her, also said that Biden hugged her “just a little bit too long.”

 

Ms. Caruso said her encounter with Biden was particularly uncomfortable because she had just shared her own story of sexual assault and had expected Biden to understand the importance of physical boundaries, the Times reported.

 

“It doesn’t even really cross your mind that such a person would dare perpetuate harm like that,” she told the Times. “These are supposed to be people you can trust.”

 

D.J. Hill, 59, told the Times that while taking a picture with Biden at a Minneapolis fundraiser in 2012, the then-vice president placed his hand on her shoulder and began moving it all the way down her back.

 

Hill said this made her “very uncomfortable,” and her husband stepped in by putting his hand on Biden’s shoulder and interrupted with a joke.

 

“Only he knows his intent,” she said. But norms are changing now, she said, and “if something makes you feel uncomfortable, you have to feel able to say it.”

 

Biden is under siege right now as women come forward with their #MeToo stories recounting how the former Vice President groped them.

 

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi initially came out and supported creepy hands Biden then she changed her tune on Tuesday and told him to keep his hands to himself.

 

Two other women came forward on Sunday accusing Biden of sexually harassing them — Accusations of groping and inappropriate touching by Democrat lawmaker Lucy Flores and Amy Lappos is just the tip of the iceberg.

 

Biden has been groping women and molesting little girls in public for years — who knows how many more women will come forward in the days, weeks and months to come.

Senators demand answers from Rick Perry on nuclear exports to Saudi Arabia

 

Sens. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., and Bob Menendez, D-N.J., pressed Energy Secretary Rick Perry Tuesday to disclose specific details of a "secret" nuclear technology export agreement with Saudi Arabia. "We are very concerned about the nuclear proliferation risk associated with the Kingdom’s nuclear program," the senators said in a letter sent to Perry, requesting specific information on seven export licenses approved by Perry and first revealed last week. "We therefore believe the United States should not be providing nuclear technology or information to them at this time," they added.

 

Rubio, who leads the Foreign Relations Committee's panel on the Western Hemisphere and human rights, maintains that it is the place of Congress to approve all agreements and transfers of nuclear technology to the kingdom. He introduced bipartisan legislation with Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., earlier this year to place further congressional oversight on all nuclear deals with Saudi Arabia in the wake of the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi. Khashoggi was allegedly murdered at the request of Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. The senators' letter says Mohammed has threatened to develop a nuclear weapon in response to Iran, which poses a major nonproliferation risk that could stoke a conflagration in the Middle East.

 

"The Kingdom frankly has engaged in many deeply troubling actions and statements that have provoked alarm in Congress and led lawmakers to begin the process of reevaluating the U.S.-Saudi relationship and our long-term stability and interests in the region," the letter said. The senators warned Perry that Saudi Arabia has repeatedly asked that no limitations be placed on how it uses nuclear fuel in any agreement with the United States. That request is unacceptable, according to the senators, who asked Perry to disclose details of his recent authorizations so they could judge the proliferation risk. The Trump administration's negotiations "have been clouded in secrecy," they wrote, and the White House has not kept Congress fully informed on the discussions as required by the Atomic Energy Act. They also asked Perry about the specific technology he authorized and why the companies involved in the export agreements could not disclose what those technologies were. The senators are giving Perry until April 10 to respond. Rubio has also asked the Government Accountability Office to investigate the administration's nuclear negotiations with Saudi Arabia.

Deported Illegal Alien Sex Offender Charged with Producing Child Porn

 

A convicted sex offender and illegal alien, who was previously deported from the United States, has been charged with multiple counts of child sex crimes, including producing child pornography, in the state of Louisiana.

 

In an announcement on Tuesday, Louisiana Attorney General Jeff Landry confirmed that 44-year-old illegal alien Miguel Martinez was arrested in Harvey, Louisiana, and charged with 100 counts of possession of child pornography, one count of production of child pornography, and one count of sexual battery of a child under the age of 13-years-old.

 

A multi-agency investigation into the illegal alien revealed that Martinez had been previously deported from the U.S. in 2005 and is a registered sex offender in the sanctuary state of California, which shields criminal illegal aliens from deportation.

 

Landry said in a statement:

 

This arrest should serve as a wake-up call to Congress. By not securing our borders and properly vetting those coming into our Nation, we have seen lives lost and destroyed. [Emphasis added]

 

Illegal immigration has real-life consequences – countless numbers of needless crime victims, including too many Louisiana families and children. For their sake – I again urge Congress to realize the national emergency we have at our Southern border, support President Trump, build the wall, and help us make our communities safer. NZ tech company discovers major Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox bug

 

Aura, a government-owned tech company, has discovered what it is calling a "very big" software flaw in the Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers.

 

The bug allows a user's private photos and sensitive documents such as passports, driver licenses and other identifying content to be uploaded to websites, and to be obtained by malicious hackers.

 

The bug was discovered by Alex Nikolova, a security analyst based in the company's Wellington office, and at the time of discovery had affected up to one in 10 browsers worldwide, or more than 300 million users.

 

Nikolova first found the vulnerability in February and notified Mozilla and Google (the two companies who develop the web browsers).

 

Both Google and Mozilla requested Nikolova not to speak publicly about the discovery until the software bug was "patched" last month.

 

The bug was addressed in a security update "within days" according to Aura general manager Peter Bailey, with the latest version of Firefox (version 66) no longer exploitable.

 

The company says there is no evidence to suggest malicious hackers had discovered or exploited the hole in the software before the NZ-based team identified it.

 

To protect their computers and mobile devices against the bug, users are advised to follow their browser's software update process. However, it acknowledges this is something not all users do regularly.

 

"Patch. Keep yourself up-to date, all the time. Vulnerabilities come out every day and those who want to exploit your data don't need longer than that," said Nikolova.

 

Some companies offer bounties to hackers who report vulnerabilities in their software (Tesla recently offered up $250,000 to anyone who could hack their Model 3), however Aura says it didn't receive such a pay-out.

Republican Reps. Jim Jordan and Mark Meadows pressed the House Intelligence Committee on Tuesday to provide them access to transcripts from Michael Cohen’s closed-door appearances before the panel in February and March. Frustrated with a lack of bipartisan support for a criminal referral they recently sent to the Justice Department, the pair called for there to be accountability for what they said was blatant lies by President Trump’s former personal attorney.

 

“Every Member of the House of Representatives — whether Republican or Democrat — should not tolerate witnesses who lie before Congress,” Jordan, R-Ohio, and Meadows, R-N.C., wrote in a letter to House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, D-Calif., and ranking member of the committee Devin Nunes, R-Calif. “This is a matter that goes directly to the integrity and credibility of the institution.”

 

According to Jordan and Meadows, both members of the House Oversight and Reform Committee, Cohen made “demonstrably false statements” when he appeared in February before their panel. In February they submitted a criminal referral to the Justice Department urging the agency to investigate statements made by Trump’s former attorney, including his denial that he was interested in working for the White House. House Oversight Committee Chairman Elijah Cummings, D-Md., has disagreed with the pair's characterization of Cohen's testimony, casting doubt on whether Cohen actually wanted to work in the White House — citing salary limitations. In their letter, Jordan and Meadows said Cummings "promised" accountability if Cohen lied and "is now delaying action on referring Cohen on the purported basis that he first needs to review" Cohen's testimony to the intelligence panel. “Although we believe there is extensive evidence from Cohen’s Oversight Committee testimony to support a referral to the Justice Department, Chairman Cummings has been reluctant to accept the fact that the first announced witness of his chairmanship repeatedly lied to our Committee,” Jordan and Meadows wrote.

 

The Republican pair are requesting the House Intelligence Committee vote to grant them access to the transcripts to mitigate Cummings’s concerns on the matter. "Although we do not believe it is necessary to review [the House Intelligence Committee’s] transcripts to determine whether Cohen lied to our Committee, we respectfully request that [the House Intelligence Committee] vote to permit us access to the transcripts of Cohen’s [House Intelligence Committee] appearances to help assuage Chairman Cummings’s concerns,” they wrote.

 

Cohen, who once said he would take a “bullet” for Trump, pleaded guilty in August to tax and bank fraud and to violating campaign finance law by arranging payments to silence women alleging affairs with Trump. In November, he pleaded guilty to lying to Congress about efforts to open a Trump Tower in Moscow. Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison, and he's due to start that sentence in May.

There are many today who argue that the Electoral College ought to be relegated to a museum with other quaint relics of the past. They argue that it is anti-democratic and has no legitimate place in our government today.

The purpose of the Constitution, according to the Declaration of Independence, is to "secure" the unalienable rights of the people. That is all our national government was supposed to do: protect and preserve us in our lives, our liberty, and our property. To do this, the Founders gave us a republic, not a democracy. They understood that in a democracy, eventually, the people can gradually be taught to accept the idea that it is perfectly legal — and therefore just — to put their neighbor's unalienable rights to a popular vote, and that this will incrementally erode and destroy our right to life, to liberty, and to property. The Founders sought to guard against this as they debated the principles they would incorporate in the Constitution. There was purpose in the design of the Electoral College. It was created to be part of the bulwark they erected to protect our unalienable rights from direct democratic usurpation. But this is precisely why it is held in such contempt by many. Those who inveigh against the Electoral College usually argue that it is an impediment to pure principles of "one man, one vote."

3 injured after ‘unidentified’ object explodes in Russia’s flagship military academy

A blast has rocked a building of Russian Aerospace Forces Academy in St. Petersburg, At least three people have been injured, Defense Ministry confirmed.

 

The incident happened on Tuesday afternoon and was caused by an “unidentified shell-less object.” A stairwell had reportedly collapsed as a result, leaving around 20 people trapped inside.

Three people suffered injuries in the blast, the MOD said, but none of them is life threatening.

You are conflating race, culture, and what I would argue is the impact of environment on those features.

 

"Whites" and many asians had no choice but to rely on long term planning to survive winters. Culturally, areas and populations farther away from the equator are forced to become planners and to think in terms of at least one year. The impact this has on culture, success, and genetics can't be underestimated. Africans are predisposed to shorter term thinking and instant gratification, as are many central americans for similar reasons.

 

When your survival is built on farming; planting, tending, harvesting, and preserving - your society develops concepts of personal property and MUST respect those ideas or the production chain collapses.

Many African cultures do not have concepts of personal property and people will steal for the family. Their survival isn't as closely tied to long term planning, and so their culture has simply not recognized this as importantly. By comparison, even the Muslim populations are more advanced, culturally. I would even argue that Islam in many african nations represents a structural improvement as an evil structure empowers society moreso than battle royale.

 

But these groups are not incapable of learning or adjusting their culture. The mistake we have made in the west is to assume that all cultures are of equal value. Ours is blatantly superior. Not flawless, to be certain, but in our unwillingness to impart our culture upon immigrant communities, we have created a scenario where they cloister together and become purists who insist their home nation's culture is equal or even superior to our own and that they can simply continue their culture without any further introspection on the matter of why their home nation was a shit hole.

Ecuador president: Julian Assange violated asylum agreement

 

Ecuador President Lenin Moreno said that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has repeatedly violated his asylum conditions at the country's embassy in London. “We should ensure Mr Assange’s life is not at risk but he’s violated the agreement we have with him so many times,” Moreno told the Ecuadorian radio broadcasters association Tuesday, the Guardian reported. Moreno says that Assange, who sought asylum at the London embassy seven years ago and has been living there ever since, “cannot lie or, much less, hack into private accounts or private phones” and he could not “intervene in the politics of countries, or worse friendly countries” under the agreement.

 

He then said, stopping short of blaming WikiLeaks, that photos of his bedroom, the food he ate, and his wife, daughters, and friends have been widely shared on social media. The Ecuadorian government says, however, that it believes the photos of Moreno's room and family were initially shared by WikiLeaks. From its Twitter account, WikiLeaks posted that Moreno said he would make a decision on Assange’s fate “in the short term.”

Here's how NSA intelligence works (from my layman's perspective):

I can know the possibility everything, but cannot prevent them all.

If you are having an existential experience with the way the plan is being handled, keep in mind that the plan is taking into consideration the existential nature of the evil that is being dealt with. Support and prayers to do this the right way for the first time in our human history. Independent thinkers in the way of discernment. Disciples of truth when the reveal shatters perspective. Proclaimers of hope in ourselves and each other instead of dividers of race, religion, and ideology. That's worth seeing through to the end. I'm not surprised that a WIC grad that was a Major during 9/11 is now in a leadership position 18 years later…probably a Full Bird (O6 - Colonel).

 

WIC grads are usually the sharpest in their squadron, so they go to teach the rest of the squadron & instructors. In the AF & ANG, while it shouldn't be, the WIC patch often is a stepping stone to leadership.
