i think the comfy ones got spoiled on NightWatchman Baker and the ling slow diggy breads nit realizing its a ghost shift and a strain on whoever covers it
new NWB for example only did it for less thsnn2 weeks before choosing earlt morning which was much needed

its not really responsible to promote ghost handoff other than graveyard
bakers try to do everything thing else including hanging on extra breads than they would prefer
they dont just ghost
logically, speeding the bread and or baking early is next last recourse to mid bread ghosting
