Quick run down (anons pls correct any impressions if you see need for change/clarification, thank you)

Requesting legal clarification as to whether one referrals can name more than one individual.

Five (5) referrals which Nunes described as "straight up" referrals, which name specific individuals and specific crimes:

:: Lying to Congress

:: Misleading Congress

:: Leaking classified information

Three (3) referral types which Nunes described as more complicated, with specific regard to conspiracy.

:: FISA abuse and other matters (conspiracy to lie to and/or mislead the FISA court) by numerous individuals, which Nunes said "we" believe all need to be investigated and looked at, and which he said involve the conspiracy statute

(Requesting specific federal law quotation regarding conspiracy)

:: Manipulation of intelligence "which could involve many Americans" (!) relating to their concerns over how intelligence was used.

:: Global leak referral - "so, there are about a dozen highly sensitive, classified information leaks that were given to only about a few reporters over the last two, two and a half years. So we don't know if there have been any leak investigations that have been open, but we do believe that we've got pretty good information, and a pretty good idea, of who could have been behind these leaks. Doesn't mean we know ALL the people who've been behind these leaks, because when you read these, they're always anonymous sources, and they always say something to the effect of "current and former senior officials". So we think we've got a pretty good idea of who some of the sources are behind these leaks. We don't know if the Justice Department has been looking at these, but you know, these have been unprecedented things that have happened."

Saw this, and tweeted at Dan Rather suggesting he retire and go fishing or something.

He was already old when I was young, and now I'm old.

C'mon man. Hang it up.
