It's completely undoable. I see your point but how would you institute it? Do you as a law abiding citizen want your vote cancelled out by a man that kill a kid? Or by someone who raped a child. I know our prison system is a freak show and nothing but slave labor in some states but you can't allow them to push stupid. I want prison reform desperately. This is not how you get it.
