Many high population states are run by Democrat governors and legislatures and full of insane liberals, anon. Don't think that this can't or won't happen. They desperately need votes for 2020. They are prepared to do anything to get those votes. Flooding the country with migrants isn't enough. They need more. This is yet another source. They were even floating lowering the voter age. The states control their elections. Keep in mind that we still don't have voter ID laws on the books in many states.
