Silverstein had a new WTC7 designed beginning in April 2000. Construction began "shortly thereafter" in 2002 (he glossed over 9/11). The building needed to have asbestos removed, which would have been too costly, and demolition was not allowed because of the hazard of asbestos being released in the air. How convenient that terrorists flew a plane into WTC7 causing it to collapse into its own footprint in seconds, releasing poison into the air. WAIT, NO PLANE HIT WTC7!
