I read a good book called 'The Almost Nearly Perfect People" which dives into the myths surrounding Nordic Countries. The book discusses the happiness in terms of Denmark, but it's viewed as kind of a social faux pas up there to say you're NOT happy. In Japan it's the opposite: It's considered bragging to say you're happy.
Point is, the happiness polls are bullshit.
They unironically believe he's Hispanic, or they allow his racial LARPing because he supports communism, similar to Shaun King and Liz Warren.
