re Bakers, old & new

Good thing we have new bakers when old bakers leave or stop baking. Last night, I think I've got this right, new bakers held down the whole night shift. For something like 9 hours.

Learn to bake, anons. Very rewarding!

I guess Tuesday is "night off" for 1 or 2 regular bakers. So it's good new bakers are stepping up

But moar bakers are needed. THIS BREAD baker is requesting handoff. Would be great if there were usually a couple of bakers available each bread, so bakers could always get a handoff upon request.

Actually not so. I picked up the Ghost a couple minutes after it was called. Then baked for a couple hours until another baker relieved me. Night before as well. Last night, it was lively–motivated anons, excellent conversations.

Many bakers are now encouraging anons to bake and giving support, answering questions, etc. I'm pretty new, but can still support would-be bakers in various ways. (For one thing, I know a lot about mistakes that new bakers make. Kek.)
