I would not claim to understand or know what tools are in the hidden toolboxes.
But I will say this… many far-fetched MSM movies seem to be mildly construed and twisted versions of the truth. Twisted just enough to confuse our understanding and cause disbelief.
I believe you both reference things very close to movie scripts.
