FWIW I spend as little time around police vehicles of any sort as much as possible in 2019, knowing that they are packed with sensing apparatus of all sorts. And some of that equipment is environmentally invasive in ways the eye can not see.
Fuck the phones, I'm talking about irradiating bodies, as you suggest. NExt time you're out and about.. Take a close look at some of the newer police SUV roofs. count the antennas.
That is a lot of signal to be sitting under for 8-12 hours.
