Not as crazy as you'd think. Waaay back in the day, much speculation about planets being on retractable poles. Planets could 'travel' around the universe once their poles retract. All that info has been scrubbed.

Was the KaBaal steering our planet to a different solar system?

Were they directing the planet toward a black hole?

Has POTUS turned us around and we're on our way back to our place in the universe?

To me, this explains why we have a different sun than we used to- it's artificial to make us believe we're still in the same place but we're actually traveling, towing this artificial sun with us so folks won't notice.
