Doesn't seem like they're very serious about it, that's for sure. Know someone on that project who's a convicted felon (burglary), dishonorable discharge from military, and just keeps getting lucky not being selected for morning breathalyzers as he's still drunk most mornings. ATF won't even "let" him buy guns.
