Honey Badger don't give a fuck about the mental tyranny construct which is the magnum opus apparatus of the much smaller/weaker tyranny of the regime
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)
But he said to me, โMy grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.โ Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christโs power may rest on me.
Thanks for the affirmation, fren.
Best way I know to transmit the contents of my feeble mind to another person across untold distance while maintaining anonymity is for us to (1) adopt a clear and common channel with which to communicate, which it seems like we've already done; (2) leverage the coherence of consciousness, perhaps better conceptualized for our purposes as the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit; and (3) visualize a shared signifier that is at least temporarily resistant to unclean interference by those who would practice the aforesaid-magik. We can do this by mutual asset/ascent to the name of Jesus Christ.
So since I've laid out the formula, you should present the signifier. Choose wisely, fren. After all, we're surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses.
<Lo and Behold>
I have compassion for you and all who would believe. Peace, anon. Apply your worship to God in Jesus Christ. He is at once the Cosmic Christ of esoteric Christian thought; the Risen King & Savior of orthodox Christian mythos, and the Son of Man, broken here and now for your edification. Take and eat.
I believe Jesus truly died on the cross and truly rose from the dead. If someone else wants to take those facts figuratively, they're free to get as much mileage from it as possible, and they may even outlast many, but I doubt they'll achieve life eternal.
>Is the Kingdom of Heaven truly within us?
Yes, I believe so. Jesus seems to suggest as much in Luke 17:21, but if you accept Jesus at his word, you must take the whole Word. Jesus has much to say as to where true life is found.
I see the 5 year old child, dear anon. I remember being there myself. Had you been left overnight you would have seen the very same stars as Abraham. Or Job, when God rebuked him in chapter 38.
Mark 9:22-24
โI believe; help my unbelief!โ
>Then what do you make of Gnosticism or Protestantism?
I guess I'd have to tackle specific ideas to render useful feedback, but generally speaking, and as someone who's been down both those paths, I see strains of Gnostic thought being rebuked throughout the New Testament, and I am at peace with that, even while I find much esoteric Christian thought useful in forming a framework of metaphorical meaning in which the Holy Spirit might condescend. As for Protestantism, I have always been grieved by religious splits among Christians, and the denomination in which I find fellowship is not perfect, but again, the Holy Spirit is doing a beautifying work upon the Bride of Christ. Even here/now.
