Jesus said not a jot or tittle would pass away.. Since the Q doc is gone, it wasn't what Jesus was speaking of. It has no authority even if it existed.
SP says the apostles learned to read the mystery which was hidden from the beginning, better over time, and the gospels are snapshots of that learning 10-15 years apart. The differences are references to OT scripture that they had not understood before.

The Nag Hammadi have nothing to do with the Q doc. theory, No one, anywhere has even attempted to show how they would explain the differences between the gospels.
