Senator Harris Misses Huge Revelation From Barr During Senate Testimony

In an amazing exchange during testimony before the United States Senate on May 1, Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) badgered Attorney General William Barr by demanding to know why he hasn’t recused himself yet from having any involvement with the Mueller Special Counsel or any of the referred criminal cases that sprang from it. When that line of attack failed, Harris turned to repeatedly demanding an answer to the same recusal question about soon-to-depart Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

Item 2 made me pause because I thought I had seen a "ghost plane" image in the waters off the coast of Long Beach area. Haven't yet re-found it. Think it was a glitch in the sat imagery but curious anyway.

Another notion: might not the Q image of Seal Beach have been captured at fairly low altitude, that is to say, normal for chopper rather than small plane? There are heliports nearby – the oil rigs offshore. Seems it might be on the flight path that would pass over the undersea mystery structure and across the scene captured in the Q image. Chopper would be more maneuverable in terms of lining up the photo just so, natch.

Yes, footnote 1 and footnote 10 are on the distinction between the FBI supervision of FBI personnel working on the investigation and the Spec C supervision of the matters of the investigation.

Looking for ideas on that distinction. Seems to me that the FBI has rules about which AG Barr has been peppering into his pressers and his testimony at Congress.

Barr's focus has been on the content of Mueller's Report – legal analysis of evidence. But a focus on the FBI would be on behavior such as spying and dealings with leaks and so on.

In effect the pith of footnotes 1 and 10 is about spygate – of which Mueller's investigation was an extension, being as it was an extension of the FBI's investigation.

Actually that works. Most of what is found in the streets are examples of 1st and 10 – w/o on the 40.

DOJ speaks in prosecutions not in reports. Mueller's job was to write his conclusions not a 450 page salad of wouldacouldidnotas.

In meantime, RR made decisions during the investigation and was not challenged, publicly, to explain this or that decision from the investigation as it went along.
