Not sure that is the solution. That location is outside of the frame of the Q photo. But that may not be decisive, anyway. For example, it may well be that we are to look outside the frame, around the edges, for the solution, such as the one you proposed, Anon.

While I see what you did to resolve the address, could you spell it out in plain language, please?

In particular, "at the 40, 2 p'clock orientation"?

TY Anon

Q 3313 implies thinking outside of the frame of the photo in that post. How? The title is LBP, the photo is of the coastline very near the Port of Long Beach, Q has used the phrase "Long Beach Port", and that port is outside of the frame of the image in Q 3313.

As noted previously, that phrase is very near what foreign news articles have used when referring to the Port of Long Beach. Notably, when a Mexican cartel was subjected to a sting operation involving AUS and CAN in combo with various police agencies of the USA, including Homeland Security. Drug bust extended from the Port of Long Beach to various ports in AUS, for example. Waaaay outside the frame of Q's photo.

At the same time as that drug bust โ€“ one of the biggest in US history and the biggest of AUS history โ€“ there was that series of US Military "exercises" in CA โ€“ particular attention on downtown LA just up the street from The Standard Hotel, namely, 1138 Wilshire.

When it comes to thinking beyond the frame, allegorically, we can also consider the 10 episodes in the Mueller Report and look closely at the first in that report. In other words, 1st and 10. How, then, might "on the 40" figure into it? Go outside the frame, or outside the Report, perhaps?

This is a future proves past thing, natch, so it is not a prediction that likely can be decoded until after the fact. But now Anons have been primed and are on the lookout.

Allspeed.

17th Street in immediate vicinity of Los Alamitos Traffic Circle (aka The Circle Area).

This area is inside the frame of photo in Q3313. It is a traffic circle, or as one might say in CAN or AUS, a roundabout that serves as a traffic inter-change for CA-1 and CA-19.

CA-1 ~ 1

CA-19 ~ (1 + ( = 10)

1st & 10.

New stadium at the end of 17th Street is being built for the Long Beach Polytechnic High School.

So another "on the 40".

And another LBP: Long Beach Poly, aka LB Poly.

It was in 1919 that a Long Beach high school football team won its first championship, when those Jackrabbits defeated Fullerton 47-0. In the 90 years since then, Long Beach or Moore League high schools have made 33 championship appearances. Just as impressive, their record in those games is 24-9โ€”with one of those losses hardly counting, as Millikan defeated Moore League rival Compton 22-21 in the 1979 Coastal Conference championship game.

1st = The first?

1919 ~ (1+9 = 10)

The roundabout where CA-1 and CA-19 interchange. Three lanes of traffic.

This is roundabout where new football stadium is being constructed for Long Beach Polytech, LBP.

Los Alamitos means Little Cottonwoods, in spanish.

The metaphorical potential seems significant. This is the only (the first and only) traffic circle converted into a modern roundabout in California.
