I was re-reading Comey's memos over the weekend and something jumped out at me. Comey almost always refers to people by their title, full name, or last name only. Only one person does he regularly refer to by their first name: Reinced Penis.

We only assume that "dirty" signifies hat color. I've come to believe it does not. "Dirty" is a modifier for how one can potentially play the "game." Like with the mob, they have a code of "honor" about them…they apparently respect cops and prosecutors who respect them, who give them a fair shake when taking them down. In other words, neither side resorts to dirty tactics when dealing with the other. What color hat do the mobsters wear?
