Quite welcome, and thank you for the reminder.
It still seems recent to me, but was also following George Webb (with a grain of salt) during the time he was digging on the Awans.
Am sure there's plenty in the archives, which must be the size of the Library of Congress by now.
Agree that it must be hush-hush for a reason.
They were Pakistanis, tried to make a run for it. Webb was following them to the courthouse a few times.
Good guys managed to snag a laptop that Imran stupidly left in an office in DC
Plus, of all the crazy good luck, Imran left a bunch of hardware in the garage of a rental house he owned, and the guy he rented it to was military AND married to a lady who was Naval Intelligence. They found it, no doubt freaked and were on the phone in seconds, and the military was probably efficiently boxed up and tucked safely away before dinnertime that night.
Last I recall hearing, he was singing like a bird.
All this unbelievable stuff we've been passing around here is going to be fodder for movies for decades. We'll be watching those things on TV until we're all really old geezers. Truth is going to beat the living daylights out of fiction.
