I don't know what's in the documents. My guess is they relate to criminal investigations/indictments, so that's part of the delay. The other part of the delay is tactics.
I, too, have been diarreah'd on by the government in ways you cannot possibly imagine. My advice to you is to be patient. For what it's worth, I think about killing myself everyday and I'm still here, telling you to be patient.
