How will all of the technology currently hidden from the public be released? Who will take the credit?

How much of Einstein's theories were really his own and not stolen from the patent office? It would behoove a group of people to claim one if there own as the smartest person ever to live… It gives a phycological edge over every other group - stolen or not.

Will there be a genius soon to emerge that releases all of the cures Q is talking about, technology that has yet to be released…. Or will it be known that the deep state has been suppressing this from us.
