bake a new bread shadowing live bread, learn to count posts
200,400,600 - collect and post notables
~680-700 - start baking, post "baking" (650 is good for starters, nice and easy and chill, ignore breadshitts, etc)
725+ - post fresh bread
-i like a 2nd window open of catalog to refresh and see the post count
maybe after 2nd or 3rd bake do a practice handoff

my SOP:
Early notes: ~200-300
Mid bread notes: ~300-400
Repeat as desired
Final Bun: ~675-700
Bake bread, Hot kitchen: 675-700
Bake bread, Comfy kitchen: 700-725
Fresh bread link: 751 (ooh this baker is a sniper)
