Some Anon good with numbers and charts needs to do state by state average based on #'s of indictments vs population as it may be a huge # states showing smaller #'s, in reality the state is bad based on population?

Who can do the map math to see what it really means in the small #S states, to determine if they really have a problem or not based on population?

make a chart and explain to us number challenged anons.

29 in Wyoming seems low, but compared to the population is it a high number? Same question in Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands?

PA 6K+ vs population. Does the low # vs population each state make it signigicant?
