Mexico Says It Is Holding Back 250K Migrants amid Tariff Threat

 

Mexico’s top diplomats issued a veiled threat to the U.S. government suggesting that without their efforts, 250,000 more Central American migrants could proceed north. The statement follows President Donald Trump’s threat of raising a 5 percent tariff if Mexico does not strengthen its borders.

On Monday evening, Mexico’s Foreign Relations Secretariat posted a statement claiming the country was effectively providing humanitarian visas to Central American migrants and strengthening immigration enforcement operations in southern Mexico.

“Without these important Mexican efforts in immigration matters, the U.S. would receive 250,000 additional migrants, only in 2019,” the prepared statement revealed. The veiled threat was buried at in the middle of a document where Mexican officials claimed to have deported more than 80,000 migrants and arrested 400 suspected smugglers in conjunction with U.S. officials.

So here is their reward for "bugging it good". Fukushima, the condensed version.

 

Israel wanted reparations from Japan, in the form of a 160 trillion yen payout to the world bank to "end world hunger" and Japan said no, because it would trash their economy. At the time, Japan was totally debt free. The tribe WILL be paid when they ask to be paid, so they infiltrated Japanese nuclear facilities with phoney "security" contracts and Fukushima happened to get a "security" contract with Dimona based "security" firm Magna BSP. Interesting enough, Magna BSP specialized in perimiter security with absolutely enormous 3d "security cameras" that were two stories tall, weighed several thousand pounds, and looked exactly like gun type nuclear weapons. One of their cameras is in the picture at the top of this page. Magna BSP trained TEPCO people all about security, and after talking the Japanese into letting them put one of these cameras, a SUPER DUPER one with temperature sensors and radiation sensors, everything needed to monitor the death of a reactor, including a totally unauthorized internet link (so they could watch it all from Dimona) they headed back to Dimona a week before 3/11. All of this is totally documented in the Fukushima report, this is not fluff.

 

So in the days immediately prior to 3/11 for some odd reason the U.S. navy was right over the Japan Trench dropping "sonobouys", some of which submerged to great depths, to monitor submarines. It is well documented that they were there doing it.

 

Then, on 3/11 the earthquake happened. But there was a problem with this earthquake - it was stated to be enormous yet the highest seismic reading picked up in all of Japan was a 6.67 and not a single building fell in all of Japan except for a dilapidated welfare shelter 100 miles inland, right where the max seismic reading of 6.67 occurred. If the earthquake was as stated, Korea, China, Taiwan, and Russia would have all shared in the devastation, yet they felt nothing. The only damage was tsunami damage, and it was devastating damage, compliments of a few of those sonobouys which mysteriously exploded with the force of nuclear weapons. Immediately after the tsunami, typing the word "tsunami bomb" into ANY forum or any online communication venue tripped auto bans. Gee, I wonder why.

 

Just prior to 3/11 Israel was gifted the Stuxnet virus, which was specificallyt designed to destroy nuclear facilities. HOW CONVENIENT. Here are a few fast facts to wrap this up because I hate typing on this tablet-

 

Fukushima never lost offsite power from other parts of the island. Instead, the switch gear in the switch yard refused to engage even after it was totally replaced after the tsunami. Stuxnet could cause that.

 

There were 11 diesel generators, and five kept running and were never swamped, but the switch gear would not engage, allowing them to run from generator. The story is that they got swamped, but the reality was that 5 did not, they kept working and were simply not allowed to provide auxiliary power because once again, the switch gear, even after replacement, would not engage. Stuxnet would do that.

In a hurry, large semi truck mounted generators were brought into Fukushima, hooked up to the emergency power input switch gear, and VOILA, just like offsite power and onsite power, now power brought in from elsewhere could not be engaged because the switch gear refused to engage. Once again, Stuxnet would do that.

 

In the control room however, all was well. The pressure and temperature readouts were normal. But the pumps were off, so Tepco had installed auxiliary water injection ports that could allow water trucks that could pump to 2, 700 PSI to pump water into the reactors, to cool them. But there was a problem when they hooked up - despite the control rooms reading normal at no more than 1150 PSI, the pumper trucks could not overcome the pressure inside the reactors and get water into them, even when pumping at 2, 700 PSI. OBVIOUSLY STUXNET WOULD DO THAT. And then, the reactors started exploding and melting down. Israel then threatened to blow up more nuclear sites in Japan, and even attacked a couple in South Korea to less success, *very brief coverage of that, they expunged it quick because it was too obvious a coincidence and JAPAN THEN DID THE 160 TRILLION YEN PAYOUT TO THE WORLD BANK.

Trump unlikely to face serious primary challenge as Never Trumpers give up on finding opponent

 

Never Trump Republicans have all but given up on mounting a serious primary challenge to President Trump in the aftermath of special counsel Robert Mueller's failure to find Trump campaign collusion with Russia. “I think there’s broad consensus that no one is moving toward a run,” said Rob Stutzman, a Republican consultant in California who for several months has been involved in discussions about dislodging Trump. Trump remains broadly popular with Republican voters, and one of the most formidable potential challengers, Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan, announced over the weekend he would forgo a 2020 bid.

 

Some Never Trump Republicans are even contemplating quietly redirecting their energy toward boosting Joe Biden, the front-runner for the Democratic nomination, saying this strategy might be their only viable option. Many Republicans uncomfortable with Trump view the former vice president, an old-school liberal, as an acceptable Democrat, at least compared to the modern liberals that comprise most of the rest of that party’s crowded field. "Even if Mueller had obtained some sort of smoking gun, it probably still wouldn’t have moved [Trump's] base," conceded a Republican prominent in the Never Trump movement, who requested anonymity in order to speak candidly. "Trump is going to be the Republican nominee.” That's the verdict Hogan arrived at, and it influenced his decision.

 

The only announced challenger, former Massachusetts Gov. Bill Weld, is not taken seriously. In hypothetical matchups, Trump trounces Weld, who is waging a shoestring campaign. In a telephone interview, Hogan told the Washington Examiner that he received enthusiastic encouragement from Republican thinkers, donors, and elected officials impressed with his ability to connect with a broad cross-section of voters in deep blue Maryland. But after assessing the political atmosphere since the Russia investigation concluded and Mueller issued his report, Hogan determined the support that matters most was missing. “There wasn’t a groundswell among the average Republican primary voter," he said. "They seem to be, at this point, very happy with the president.”

 

Former Ohio Gov. John Kasich is still a potential 2020 candidate, perhaps offering hope to Never Trump Republicans who have not completely abandoned searching for challengers with more promise than Weld. But Kasich clearly has misgivings about going forward. A Republican primary candidate three years ago, he tweeted that “all of my options are on the table” immediately after suggesting in an interview on CNN, where he works as a contributor, that he was bowing out because “90% of the Republican Party supports” Trump. In a text message exchange, Kasich adviser John Weaver confirmed that the Trump antagonist had not removed himself from contention.

 

Sarah Longwell, among the few Never Trump Republicans who reject claims that fighting the president from inside the GOP is fruitless, said she is convinced “there’s a far better than even chance that more primary challengers get in.” Longwell, working with conservative writer Bill Kristol to pave the path for a Republican to primary Trump, said she never viewed the effort as Mueller-report-or-bust. “What — was he going to get frog-marched out of the White House?” Longwell said. “If it was a knockout blow, then everybody’s getting in. I certainly wasn’t anticipating that.”

 

Last fall, immediately following midterm elections that saw Democrats flip 40 seats and win control of the House of Representatives, Trump appeared weakened. Soon after, the president’s standing was undermined further during a record-long partial shutdown of the federal government that he instigated. That led some committed Never Trump Republicans to believe the president could be vulnerable to a primary challenge. The Mueller report, they believed, might be the catalyst. Politically, they believed it could strike a crushing blow against Trump, significantly diminishing his support with voters inside the party and spurring high-profile Republicans to risk running against him. Logistically, they presumed it would be made public sometime in the spring, as it was, just in time for a serious campaign to launch and begin building the necessary organization.

Judge orders Paul Manafort to be transferred to New York City’s notorious Rikers Island

 

Paul Manafort, the former Trump campaign chairman who was sentenced earlier this year to four years in prison for tax and bank fraud related to his work advising Ukrainian politicians, will be transferred later this week from a minimum security facility in Pennsylvania to New York City’s Rikers Island, a source close to Manafort told Fox News.

 

Rikers Island is the famous jail in the shadow of LaGuardia Airport. It has been the temporary home of some of the most high-profile violent criminals in the city, including David Berkowitz, the Son of Sam; and Mark David Chapman, the man who killed John Lennon.

 

"He’s not a mob boss," the source close to Manafort said.

 

A New York State judge ordered the transfer at the request of New York City District Attorney Cy Vance, Jr. He will be held in solitary confinement for his own protection, the source said. The move is expected to happen as early as Thursday.

 

Vance, a Democrat, said in March that a New York grand jury charged Manafort with 16 counts including residential mortgage fraud, falsifying business records and other charges. He said at the time that “no one is beyond the law in New York.” Manafort cannot be pardoned by President Trump for state crimes.

 

Vance’s office did not immediately respond to an email from Fox News late Monday. Manafort’s defense team is planning an appeal, according to the source.

 

Manafort’s conviction in August made him the first campaign associate of President Trump found guilty by a jury as part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s probe. U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis emphasized ahead of sentencing that the Manafort case was not about Russian interference in the 2016 election.

If any question remained about whether Al Jazeera is an independent news network or an organ of radical Islamist propaganda, it has now been put to rest. The television news channel headquartered in Qatar was recently forced by the Federal Communications Commission to file a report disclosing its relationship to its foreign principal, in keeping with an amendment to last year’s National Defense Authorization Act. It transpires that the sole owner and shareholder of the parent company, Al Jazeera International, is none other than “The Emir of the State of Qatar,” listed explicitly in the legal documents as “Head of State.”

 

According to the regulations cited by the FCC, that means Al Jazeera is subject to the Foreign Agents Registration Act and should be subject to all the disclosure and restrictions that pertain to registered foreign agents operating in the U.S. This news should come as no surprise to those familiar with Al Jazeera’s programming. For years, the network has faced allegations of propagandizing on behalf of Islamic terrorist groups such as Hamas and providing a platform for the most virulent anti-Semitism. That was confirmed in spades a few weeks ago when the network published (and subsequently took down) a video accusing Jews of exploiting the Holocaust to further Israel’s foreign policy, questioning the number of Jews murdered by Hitler’s Third Reich, and arguing that modern day Israel is carrying on genocide in the region comparable to the genocide of the Shoah. Although Al Jazeera has long denied accusations that they are a mere mouthpiece for a Qatari regime that provides funding and safe haven for terrorist groups such as Hamas, that pretense can now be dispensed with. Last year, several House Republicans sent a letter to the Justice Department stating that “Al Jazeera’s record of radical anti-American, anti-Semitic, and anti-Israel broadcasts warrants scrutiny from regulators to determine whether this network is in violation of U.S. law.” Now, the jury is in, and it is time for the Justice Department to require Al Jazeera to register as a foreign agent under FARA. This would simply acknowledge a longstanding reality: Under the best reading of the current situation, the network is essentially a public relations agent for the government of Qatar operating on U.S. soil; under the worst reading, it is an extension of Qatar’s espionage apparatus.

 

Interestingly, America’s non-Islamist Arab allies in the region came to that conclusion long ago, when they instituted an embargo against Qatar in June of 2017. One of the demands of Western-aligned Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, and the United Arab Emirates was that Al Jazeera be shut down as a result of its constant incitement of jihadists and promotion of the pernicious ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood. One particular sore point was the platform provided to Yusuf Al Qaradawi — an Egyptian-born leader of the Muslim Brotherhood operating out of Qatar—for his promotion of Holocaust denialism and incitement to terrorist violence against U.S. troops in the region.

 

But while our Arab allies have no trouble identifying Al Jazeera as a terrorism-promoting propaganda organ of the Qatari government (the primary funders of Hamas), the network still enjoys a strange and unwarranted reputation as an objective and independent Arab voice among many in the West, particularly those on the political Left. Leaders in the Democratic Party should be directly confronted with the question of whether they believe Al Jazeera to be a legitimate news source, or the propaganda outfit of the regime in Doha, which it so transparently is. If the latter, then they should join House Republicans in demanding that Al Jazeera register as a foreign agent under FARA.

Leaked Snowden Docs Reveal Israel Relied on NSA Intel to Target Hezbollah

 

Newly released documents from the Snowden archives reveal that Israel greatly relied on intelligence from the US’ National Security Agency (NSA) in its 2006 war in Lebanon, a move which may be the tip of the iceberg when it comes to intelligence sharing between the US and other countries, Bill Binney, a former NSA technical director, told Sputnik.

 

"I'll be surprised if there wasn't a lot more going on," Binney, who became a legendary national security whistleblower, told Loud & Clear hosts John Kiriakou and Brian Becker.

 

"From my perspective, when I was there… We were developing certain software inside NSA, and that was to deal with the new digital environment. Starting in 1997, maybe 1996, someone at the NSA was covertly, under the table, sharing our software development with Unit 8200 [an Israeli Intelligence Corps Unit also known as the Israeli SIGINT National Unit or ISNU]; that is the Israeli equivalent of NSA. They were doing it under the table," Binney, a 36-year NSA veteran, told Sputnik.

 

Binney, who was technical director of World Geopolitical & Military Analysis at the Signals Intelligence Automation Research Center (SARC) at the NSA's headquarters, resigned in 2001, after discovering that an intelligence-gathering program he helped build, dubbed ThinThread, was being used to spy on US citizens.

 

Six years since former NSA contractor Edward Snowden revealed the US government's questionable intelligence collection efforts, leaked documents from Snowden's cache reveal that the ISNU made repeated requests to the NSA for locational information on Hezbollah operatives to target for assassination.

 

One leaked document, written by an unidentified NSA official based in Tel Aviv, Israel, states, "ISNU's reliance on NSA was equally demanding and centered on requests for time-sensitive tasking, threat warning, including tactical ELINT [electronic intelligence] and receipt of geolocational information on Hizballah elements." The document was originally published in 2006 in the NSA's internal newsletter, SIDToday.

 

"The latter request was particularly problematic, and I had several late-night, sometimes tense, discussions with ISNU detailing NSA's legal prohibition on providing information that could be used in targeted killings," the document continues.

 

"Even with his full understanding of the US statutes, [ISNU Commander] BG Harari sought assistance from the NSA for an exemption to this legal policy… In the end, a framework was decided upon by ODNI [Office of the Director of National Intelligence] that defined the parameters and methods of what could and could not be shared with the Israelis… I had expected ISNU to be at fever pitch and more aggressive than usual. That was the case and throughout all of my discussions — no matter what the tone or subject — ISNU stressed their deep gratitude for the cooperation and support they received from the NSA," the official wrote.

 

The document implies that the NSA eventually reached an agreement with the ODNI, which oversees US intelligence efforts, regarding intelligence sharing with Unit 8200. However, the document does not outline that agreement's details.

 

Another of the leaked documents is an internal NSA presentation describing intelligence sharing between the NSA and the ISNU. One of the slides on the presentation is titled, "What Did the ISNU Want?"

 

"Everything!!!" is typed underneath the heading, with bullet points labeled "soldier's condition and location," "geolocational data" and "increased tasking of NSA collection." A handwritten note on the slide reads "problem area" next to Israel's request for geolocational data on Hezbollah members.

 

In another one of the slides, the NSA wrote that Israeli officials were experiencing "high anxiety" during the war and were heavily reliant on NSA intelligence.

 

According to Binney, before intelligence data could be shared with other countries, two NSA entities, namely the Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) and the Foreign Relations Council, were required to first determine that the NSA's partners were conforming to the criteria necessary for the sharing of intelligence data. Binney himself was the final recommender to the Foreign Relations Council about whether partners were meeting the necessary criteria.

When a nuclear weapon is detonated in the atmosphere, the neutrons emitted from the blast cause a sudden and quite substantial increase in the 14C content of the atmosphere. The excited carbon immediately combines with oxygen, so the effect of an airburst is to inject a slug of CO2 into the atmosphere that is tagged so that we can watch what happens to it.

 

14C is naturally radioactive with a half life of 5,700 years. It is formed on Earth by nature by the action of galactic cosmic rays on nitrogen and this provides the foundation for radiocarbon dating and for tracing the impact of galactic cosmic rays on Earth’s climate over time. In 1962, the atomic bomb tests injected a huge slug of additional 14C that spread around the globe and was monitored at a number of sites. This clearly provides a means of tracking the mixing time of the atmosphere but there are problems using this data to define sequestration rate of CO2 from the atmosphere into biosphere and ocean sinks as described below.

 

Phil Chapman makes some key observations [1]:

 

The prevailing winds presumably took the cloud of 14CO2 right around the world to the site in Austria, which was 2,000 miles southwest of Novaya Zemlya. It took about two years more to reach New Zealand, in the Southern Hemisphere. At the time of the peak in New Zealand, the concentration was still higher in Austria, indicating that the carbon-14 was not yet evenly distributed in the whole atmosphere. Thus some of the initial decrease in Austria was apparently due to dilution of the cloud as it spread.

Product claimed to be able to dissolve plaque from the dogs teeth over a two week time period.

Huh. If they can do it for dogs, why not humans, right?

 

Wrote down name, "Plaque Attack" [catchy name]

Did search. Took two hours to find ingredients list. (Pic related is all they tell you today)

 

Wrote down ingredients back then. There were no measurements for each, but, worked with understood ingredients well enough to take a wild guess on the mix for a safe product as long as no allergies or special sensitivities.

Created the mix, started brushing with it every night, by wetting tooth brush with it.

It is the only thing I ever brushed my teeth with that stopped all growth of any kind of scum over night.

 

Kept using, still use, have not had to have teeth cleaned in 10 years. None of that hard build up that you have to have a dentist pick off with that micro-ax called tartar. Does not harm enamel either.

 

Ever hear of oil pulling for gum health?

 

Well this works in a similar way (Because most ingredients are types of essential oils mixed with a safe edible oil base the kind you would do tooth pulling with)…..but this is easier to use.

 

You can use it after you brush, but, what you soon discover is that it works best by itself. Grit of any kind can wear on tooth enamel over time.

Then head out to your nice shiny car with a tooth brush and tooth paste and see what happens to the car paint when you "brush it". Think anything like that happens to the enamel on your teeth?

So, am going to share my "plaque attack for humans" recipe with anons.

Get pencil, paper, write it down.

 

Get one of those 4 pz. travel bottles you use for shampoo and liquid stuff when you go to the airport.

 

Ingredients are expensive but you only use 5-10 drops on the toothbrush, so it lasts longer than toothpaste. Betting it ends up being cheaper than toothpaste I would guess. Have not done the math.

 

You have a 4 oz plastic bottle.

 

Human Plaque Attack Recipe:

1 teaspoon White Thyme essential oil.

1 teaspoon Oregano essential oil.

1 teaspoon Rosemary essential oil.

1 teaspoon Peppermint essential oil.

1 teaspoon Neem oil pharmceutical grade.

2-3 drops of Grape Fruit Seed Extract.

 

Your 4 oz bottle should be a little less than 1/4 full.

 

You need a base food grade oil to dilute the essential oils (Never use them straight unless topical.)

I have used olive oil to dilute.

I think best is an XCT oil which is a liquid coconut oil, because coconut oil is also a microbe killer, as is everything n the recipe. But, using regular coconut oil is hard when it gets cool, it gets solid.

 

So add 3 oz of olive or liquid coconut oil to dilute the plaque killer oils.

 

Now, after you use this, you can see how it would work for dogs, but, you will probably wonder how you will use it on the dog a second time, since it is every bit as strong as toothpaste in taste, and this is strong enough to send your pet running under the bed.

 

Feel free to dilute it for the kids down to 1/8th strength. It will still work, and is safe as long as they are not allergic to any of the oils.

 

Anyway, try it. You will be amazed at how long it takes for something to start growing on your teeth again.

 

I have been wondering if this mix would make a good toothpaste if it was then mixed with baking soda. Have not tried that.

 

I have tested this on tartar build up.

It took about two weeks, and I could remove the tarter with a stiff brush a bit at a time. IT made the tartar crumble like bad brick cement.It took another two weeks of using the oil twice a day for the tarter to be weakened enough by the oil to brush off completely. It will work for pets if you can get them to let you brush their teeth.

 

Note: The Grape Fruit seed extract is VERY strong antimicrobial.

Use sparingly. Think of it like a human safe bleach. A half teaspoon in a quart bucket will suds up, and some hospitals clean their floors with it. Good to use it to clean like bleach where you don't want bleach in food stuffs.

Think you can avoid glyphosate by buying organic? Think again. A new investigation by Tropical Traditions reveals that many products in the organic grain market in the U.S. contain glyphosate residue at levels almost the same as conventional grains.

 

With over 80% of the U.S. food supply now reportedly contaminated with the herbicide glyphosate, many people are turning to USDA certified organic products to avoid this toxic chemical. Current USDA NOP (National Organic Program) standards do not allow the use of the herbicide glyphosate on organic crops.

 

However, a new investigation by Tropical Traditions has revealed that the U.S. organic grain market is contaminated with glyphosate.

 

Tropical Traditions has sold organic grains for years. After reading new research about the issue of “crop desiccation” done by using glyphosate on wheat and other grains just prior to harvest, Tropical Traditions decided to first test some commercial wheat products with wheat grown in Montana, North Dakota, and Canada. They sent the commercial samples to a well-known and respected laboratory to test for glyphosate.

 

All tested positive for glyphosate residue. The range was from 0.07 mg/kg to 0.09 mg/kg. Keep in mind this is glyphosate found in non-GMO crops. For a GMO crop such as GMO soybeans, which are sprayed heavily with glyphosate, the range is typically between 3.3 and 5.7 mg/kg.

 

Next, Tropical Traditions tested the USDA certified organic grains from suppliers they had been using, sourced mainly from western states such as Montana and Idaho. Sadly, the presence of glyphosate residue was found in organic wheat and other organic grains, including organic barley, oats, spelt, and einkorn. The range was from 0.03 to 0.06 mg/kg, just slightly lower than the conventional grains that were tested.

 

The only organic grains that tested clean were organic rye and organic millet. There was also one variety of organic wheat from small-scale farmers in Wisconsin that tested clean from glyphosate.

That's is pretty accurate.

 

In October 1997 I did a remote viewing course with Tim Riffat, who is peobably the best RV there is and was trained by the best. When tey tried to kill him because he 'wouldn't play ball' he killed them instead.

b) Diana was alive and survived the crash. She was killed off in the ambulance.

 

c) She was pregnant with Dodi's child.

 

d) She was a severe threat to the Royal Family and to those that wanted to keep Christians and Muslims divided. Her marriage to Dodi would have bought the two religions together. That would not happen.

 

e) I was told that I am Diana's 'Jack of Spades'. And to this day I am not exactly sure what that REALLY means.

The problem had been brewing for nearly a decade, intelligence sources had warned, as the National Security Agency vacuumed up more and more surveillance information into computer systems at its Fort Meade, Maryland, headquarters: There just wasn’t enough power coming through the local electric grid to support the rate at which the agency was hoarding other people’s communications.

“It’s obviously worrisome, particularly on days like today.”

 

It turns out that manager, and other sources quoted in the Sun piece, were even more correct than was publicly known at the time: The NSA had, just the prior month, already experienced a major power outage and been forced for the first time to switch over its most critical monitoring — its nerve center, the National Security Operations Center — to a backup facility in Augusta, Georgia, according to an internal report classified “secret.” The culprit: hot weather and electric company problems generating sufficient power, according to an article posted on the internal agency news site known as SIDtoday.

 

For the NSA, the relatively smooth handoff was a triumph. But the incident marked an important turning point, underlining how the NSA was collecting too much information for its facilities to handle. The agency would go on to build a massive data center in a barren stretch of Utah desert, estimated to be capable of holding billions of gigabytes of information.

 

Indeed, the story of the 2006 Fort Meade brownout is one of several stories of overwhelming mass surveillance to emerge from a review of 287 SIDtoday articles, provided by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. Other tales, collected below, include how an NSA intern working in the English countryside marked for killing or capture nine people in Iraq; how a secret team of NSA commandos deployed to foreign countries to break codes; and how the NSA spied on satellite internet systems in the Middle East.

Author Michael Wolff defended the claim in his new book that special counsel Robert Mueller drafted a document outlining legal arguments for indicting President Trump. Although last week Mueller’s spokesman denied that a draft indictment was drawn up, Wolff said a 56-page memorandum was put together that supposes Trump was indicted for obstruction of justice. “The document is a 56-page document. It assumes that the president has been indicted. It assumes that he in turn has come back and made a motion to dismiss that indictment on grounds that you can't indict a sitting president,” Wolff said in an interview Monday evening on MSNBC. “Then this document is a response to that.” Wolf said the document outlined what charges Trump would face and argued why a sitting president can and should be indicted. “So it’s in a way I think that missing piece of the Mueller puzzle,” Wolff said. Wolff cites sources close to the Mueller investigation in his book. When asked by MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell to divulge whether his sources were in the Mueller team, Wolff would only say that these were "gold standard" sources. The existence of a three-count obstruction of justice indictment was first reported in a preview of Wolff's new book, Siege: Trump Under Fire, by the Guardian, which also said it had viewed the documents.

 

In response, Mueller spokesman Peter Carr issued a rare statement that said “the documents that you’ve described do not exist.”

 

Wolff’s last book, Fire and Fury, was riddled with unsubstantiated allegations, several of which were denounced as false. His new book, which hits bookshelves Tuesday, is already facing accusations of falsehoods, and in an interview with the New York Times Wolff admitted he does not check his stories with his subjects.

 

In his report, Mueller wrote that his team determined there was insufficient evidence to show criminal conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Kremlin during the 2016 election. Attorney General William Barr concluded Mueller’s investigation did not find “sufficient” evidence to determine whether Trump obstructed justice. Barr defended the president’s behavior during the investigation as Trump being “frustrated and angry” with a process he believed was politically motivated.

 

Mueller, who announced he was resigning last week, said charging Trump with a crime was “not an option we could consider,” citing Justice Department policy. “If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime we would have said so,” Mueller said. “We did not, however, make a determination as to whether the president did commit a crime.” Barr contradicted the reasoning the special counsel gave about why he did not make a determination on obstruction. “I personally felt he could’ve reached a decision," Barr said during an interview with CBS on Thursday. U.S. judge denies Democrats' lawsuit to stop border wall funds

 

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - A U.S. federal judge on Monday rejected a lawsuit by Democrats in the House of Representatives that sought to block President Donald Trump’s plan to divert funds to help build a border wall. District Court Judge Trevor McFadden of the District of Columbia ruled that the House lacked legal standing to sue Trump for using money to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border that was appropriated by Congress for other purposes. “While the Constitution bestows upon Members of the House many powers, it does not grant them standing to hale the Executive Branch into court claiming a dilution of Congress’s legislative authority. The Court therefore lacks jurisdiction to hear the House’s claims and will deny its motion,” McFadden wrote.

 

House Democrats had argued diverting the funds violated the separation of powers doctrine laid out in the U.S. Constitution. The Justice Department applauded the ruling. “The court rightly ruled that the House of Representatives cannot ask the judiciary to take its side in political disputes and cannot use federal courts to accomplish through litigation what it cannot achieve using the tools the Constitution gives to Congress,” a department spokesman said in a statement.

 

A spokesman for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said Democrats were reviewing the ruling and evaluating whether to appeal. The ruling is in contrast to a decision on May 24 by U.S. Judge Haywood Gilliam Jr., who issued a preliminary injunction blocking the use of $1 billion in Defense Department funds out of a total of $6.7 billion Trump wants to divert for the border wall. Gilliam, in Oakland, California, on May 30 rejected the government’s efforts to start construction of the wall while it appeals to a higher court.

In February, after a protracted political battle and a government shutdown, Congress approved $1.38 billion for construction of “primary pedestrian fencing” along the border in southeastern Texas, well short of Trump’s demands. To obtain the additional money, Trump declared a national emergency and his administration said it planned to divert $601 million from a Treasury Department forfeiture fund, $2.5 billion earmarked for Department of Defense counternarcotics programs and $3.6 billion from military construction projects.

Trump Finally Has the Wind at his Back

They were building an obstruction case, under the public cover of Russian collusion, hoping that Trump would declassify something or fire someone, which Mueller could claim was obstructing his investigation, paving the way for the House filing articles of impeachment.

But Trump had the patience of a tortoise running a marathon, moving his agenda upstream and upwind, biding his

time until the winds shifted for the better. That time is now. His new Attorney General William Barr jumped on board Trump’s boat, the USS Covfefe, and has weighed anchor by compelling Mueller to end his witch hunt, to fish or cut bait, finishing his report, confirming what Trump has been saying all along, although to many deaf ears.

The media wind is still blowing but with far less effect. CNN and MSNBC ratings have dropped even further after Mueller released his report, making their broadcasts relevant only in Georgetown coffee shops and airport terminals.

The tide is receding with Congress now rid of some, but unfortunately not all, NeverTrumpers. Others like Lindsey Graham are energized and eager to use their committees to uncover, not bury, previous government malfeasance. NeverTrump pundits have been relegated to low ratings cable news networks, whining to like-minded news anchors while the rest of the country views them as jilted teenage mean girls.

House Democrats can’t make up their minds about impeachment, torn between political practicality and their rabid base, which they spent years whipping into a frenzy, pouring blood into a school of sharks.

Democrat presidential candidates are lined up like climbers on Mount Everest last week, waiting for their chance at a selfie on the summit. They are happy to trample over the carcasses of their fellow candidates if they can move further up the line. Trump couldn’t have choreographed this any better.”

Just finished the new Sealed indictment state totals map.

Last months total of 6,536 was the highest per month total so far, surpassing last months record of 6,049

Making it now, 4 months of indictment cases averaging 6k per month.

The average in 2018 was 5k a month.

THEY ARE INCREASING AND NOT SLOWING DOWN AT ALL.
