If you examine google's "hate speech" policy:

you'll notice that they do allow content that promotes hated and encourages violence against people based on their political beliefs.
Encouraging hatred and violence is okay with them unless it is "based on any of on the attributes noted above" (gender identity etc).
There are billions of people and tens of millions of companies and only so many basic shapes. Lots of logos are going to look like lots of other logos.
I think you need a really clear match to even become suspicious.
