Literally nobody cares. Nobody is listening to him except the media, and
every time he gets press he makes it obvious how ridiculous he is.
Public release =/= declassification.
Declassification has already been authorized, it just hasn't been made public
yet. Grand juries, defendents, even prosecutors can't see
classified information, which means they have to have declassified it to use
in grand juries.
