People were talking about the plan LB, about the matrix, subliminal messaging in movies/music/tv, 9/11 and so forth.
I think the biggest indicator of when the ground work of "The Plan" was laid in the mid seventies and I'll explain my reasoning.

I believe that in that same time period "white hats" had come to realize post JFK that they were in a battle with a world-wide hidden enemy they couldn't possibly defeat without 2 things.
First, a massive collection of information which therein held the communications, affiliations, beliefs, members and whereabouts of this "monolithic and ruthless conspiracy" as JFK put it before they killed him. It would have to be a network so vast that the Cabal would feel safe using it believing that it was to much information to truly comb through and find specifics. Hence the internet.
Second, a class of people that by design were able to digest and disseminate the information gathered quickly, and spread it with the ferocious intent needed to defeat the Mass Media conglomerates they knew they would face. Along came the Autists.
Look at the rise in Autism from 1980-present day, and then ask yourself how well the autists, and the abilities/quirks that come along with it for certain parts of the spectrum fit into "the plan".
Either autism rose as the exact time humanity needed them to by pure "coincidence", or autists were created.
All things being equal the simplest answer is generally the correct answer, and to me the simplest answer is autists were created.
