Do any other anons see a possible way for Americans to reclaim their Constitutional freedoms. If the paperwork mentioned in this case could not be used to "prove to the Florida Department of Highway and Safety that an individual is allowed to be in the US" and the result was that the case was thrown out, can regular Americans use similar tactics to deny the state the "right" to demand certain documents of us?
My state recognizes my right to religious exemption from vaccine requirements. A state bureaucracy, however, demands the filling out of a particular form. This form has objectionable statements setting the parent up to admitting they are denying their child "protection" from an infectious illness. However, the exemption exists and does not specify the form (as far as I know). I think a parent writing on a notebook page that they want to exempt their child for religious reasons should have the right to the exemption. In addition, the state should not be able to manufacture consent by the absence of a form.
Tbh, I don't think the government should make any law mandating pharmaceutical injections for school attendance.
I think this issue is really important. When I was more active in going to pro-life events than I am now, I realized that when we had events involving dining and food service there were tremendous opportunities for chicanery. I've heard of people who are reluctant to eat in restaurants, knowing something of the substance abuse problems and other issues with a lot of kitchen workers. Malice behind the scenes may never get called out. Remember the "health professional" saying she'd tell conservative women that they had ectopic pregnancies so they would get abortions? What could get put into the drinks and food of conservatives when they attend public events that identify their ideology?
The left has politicized everything. Maybe it needs to come back to bite them, as conservatives patronize businesses that will respect them.
I keep thinking that this situation could be use somehow for Americans to reclaim their freedom. For example, shred 'official documents' and say you are here illegally. Present yourself at the border and request asylum from the confiscation of your goods, the forcible injection of your children with dangerous vaccines, the militarization of the police force, the invasion of your home via CPS, the denial of your right to vote, etc.
Yes, I think you are correct. I was focusing on the fact that the forged document was not supposed to be used as proof anyway (apparently).
Yes, that is true. Very unfortunate that we are taxed to provide services our families cannot use unless they are willing to put their child at risk for a life time of disability. Not to mention the obscenity of asking pro-life parents to use vaccines heavily contaminated with the DNA of aborted babies.
I see your point there. The obscenity of giving illegal aliens better rights than citizens is pretty galling, however.
