Obama Judge: Illegal Alien Who Used FAKE Federal Docs to Get Driver’s License Did NOT Commit a Crime

According to a ruling by Obama-appointed federal Judge Beth Bloom, it is not a crime for an illegal alien to use fake federal documents to obtain a state license.

Rubman Ardon Chinchilla is a roofer who lives in Broward County, Florida and has been illegally living in the US for decades.

Chinchilla got busted using fake immigration documents in order to obtain a Florida driver’s license and was indicted on two counts of violating federal law.

Chinchilla was one of 20 illegal aliens who was arrested for using an “Order of Supervision,” — this is a specific federal form to prove to the Florida Department of Highway and Safety that an individual is allowed to be in the US.

Mr. Chinchilla and the illegal aliens lawyered up and fought the charges, arguing that the Florida Department of Highway and Safety doesn’t allow for an “Order of Supervision” to be used as proof of legal status in the US.

Miami federal judge Beth Bloom threw out the charges on a highly technical legal argument and opened the doors for the other illegal aliens caught in the bust to not only beat their cases, but maybe also get to stay in the United States.

The Miami Herald reported:

But a Miami federal judge has now thrown out criminal charges against Chinchilla, saying there’s no actual law that says the form can even be used to prove an “authorized stay in the United States.” It’s a highly technical legal argument, but it’s opening the door for the others arrested in the sting to beat their cases, and maybe even stay in the United States.

The decision was made earlier this month by U.S. District Judge Beth Bloom. The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami, in court filings this week, said it will appeal the decision.

At least one other defendant is now trying to use Bloom’s decision to get his own case dismissed. Wilmer Jeovanny Gutierrez Nunez, who ran a plastery company and was a youth soccer coach, is asking another federal judge to dismiss his indictment on the same grounds.

His lawyer, Bob Pardo, filed the request last week to U.S. Judge Robert Scola.

“We were pleased to see Judge Bloom’s decision, however it would be inappropriate to comment on pending litigation,” Pardo said on Tuesday.

The criminal probe into the fake orders was conducted by agents from Homeland Security Investigations, or HSI, and the Identity, Document and Benefit Fraud Task Force. The task force, run by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, is a nationwide effort to crack down on document fraud that “may enable terrorists, other criminals and illegal aliens to gain entry to and remain in the United States,” according to the agency.

I use to believe cryptos would become the common man's new alternative to fiat money. Now I feel it's mostly tulip mania speculation on top of a system intended for black market transactions. (Or a system intended as a honeypot for such).

I suspect Big Tech is pushing it because it aligns with their 'Internet of Things' ideology, and Big Banks are embracing it to keep people from demanding gold-backed currency as the way forward.

Out of the hundreds of purchases/payments I made last year, only one had the option to pay with bitcoin. To call it a currency is an exaggeration if it cannot actually be used in 99% of everyday transactions.

But when any "investment" has provided a 3x return in 6 months, most people will jump in gladly instead of risking the chance of missing out. Even if they don't know who built it, what exactly it does, or whether it has intrinsic value.

Do any other anons see a possible way for Americans to reclaim their Constitutional freedoms. If the paperwork mentioned in this case could not be used to "prove to the Florida Department of Highway and Safety that an individual is allowed to be in the US" and the result was that the case was thrown out, can regular Americans use similar tactics to deny the state the "right" to demand certain documents of us?

My state recognizes my right to religious exemption from vaccine requirements. A state bureaucracy, however, demands the filling out of a particular form. This form has objectionable statements setting the parent up to admitting they are denying their child "protection" from an infectious illness. However, the exemption exists and does not specify the form (as far as I know). I think a parent writing on a notebook page that they want to exempt their child for religious reasons should have the right to the exemption. In addition, the state should not be able to manufacture consent by the absence of a form.

Tbh, I don't think the government should make any law mandating pharmaceutical injections for school attendance.

Records Obtained by the ACLJ Show Clapper’s ODNI Rushed to Change Raw SIGINT Sharing Rules Before President Trump’s Inauguration

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) obtained records that show that the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), under Director James Clapper, was eager and actively pushing to get its new procedures in place increasing access to raw signal intelligence before the conclusion of the Obama Administration and before President Trump took office. The documents the ACLJ obtained in one of our Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuits – this one against the ODNI and the National Security Agency (NSA) – confirmed what we suspected: the ODNI rushed to get the new “procedures signed by the Attorney General before the conclusion of this administration.”

The documents also reveal that ODNI’s Robert Litt told Office of the Undersecretary of Defense’s Director of Intelligence Strategy, Policy, & Integration (and also USDI’s Liaison to ODNI): “Really want to get this done . . . and so does the Boss.” And, documents produced to the ACLJ by the NSA in this lawsuit show that NSA officials discussing that they “could have a signature from the AG as early as this week, certainly prior to the 20th Jan.” In other words, certainly before President Trump’s Inauguration. It was not immediately clear just how significant these revelations were. Now we know and these records must be publicized.

Consider what we now know about the nature and degree of Deep State opposition to President Trump. With the public revelations about the infamous disgrace known as the Steele dossier, FISA abuse and the underpinnings of Crossfire Hurricane, as well as former-DNI James Clapper’s open hostility to President Trump and intentional leaking by senior law enforcement and intelligence actors – all of which appears to show a coordinated effort across agencies to oppose the Trump Administration – the picture is coming in to focus. As part of the ACLJ’s government accountability project and FOIA practice, we went to work to uncover everything we could about the embedded “resistance” operating within our government. In this particular instance, it concerned us when we heard that, according to the New York Times, “[i]n its final days, the Obama administration has expanded the power of the National Security Agency to share globally intercepted personal communications with the government’s 16 other intelligence agencies before applying privacy protections.” On December 15, 2016, after President Trump’s election, DNI James Clapper executed a document entitled “Procedures for the Availability or Dissemination of Raw Signals Intelligence Information by the National Security Agency Under Section 2.3 of Executive Order 12333.” On January 3, 2017, then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch executed the document, indicating her approval. Bloomberg News reporters talk to many people active in the market and regularly receive tips from both known and anonymous sources.
