I don't know why Satanism has any reason to be covered under freedom of religion when the very basis of it is in contradiction to all moral principles of our society by forming a religion around a literal embodiment of evil.

They try to say "oh we don't REALLY worship Satan, we just say 'hail satan' and advocate for blasphemy and hatred towards God while protesting the 10 commandments and everything that Satan worshippers typically do while trying to apply for status as a religion". Satan is literally the Prince of Lies and these people think we should believe them when they say "we're only pretending to worship Satan as a way of advocating for liberty"

If the basis of your religion is a literal embodiment of evil then you should be charged with conspiracy to overthrow the government on the spot because while God says to submit to authority, Satan literally advocates for the opposite so much that he rebelled against God and was thrown out of heaven for it.
