Some observations from part 2/2 of the video.

Inside the temple you can still see scaffolding, a tall ladder and possibly tools/materials indicating it is under renovations/construction.

Also the windows still have their stickers (manufacturer's stickers?) on them so they may be newly installed. The dome is gone. The "tennis court" is a bermed rectangle with markings or tire tracks on the ground.
