The V.I. Legislature approved two zoning matters and several commission and board nominations Wednesday. Wealthy financier Jeffrey Epstein received a major coastal zone permit to put two mooring buoys and covered structures at each end of an existing dock on his privately-owned Little St. James Island. The permit also allows continued use of an existing dock, bulkhead and other infrastructure.

Temples are usually build on important places of historical significance. So in the hundreds of years that people sailed around the Carribean, what used to be there at the temple site? Could Epstein have dug up something there as he was fascinated by the history of the area, even paying servants hundreds of dollars for old rum bottles and other artifacts found on the island.
