Assuming Q drops are even half-valid, the possiblity of 'zero criminal activity' on LSJ is nil.
If crimes were as heinous as Q implies, one would expect to see LE boats at the dock and at least a couple uniformed police officers.
if i had a boat in the area, i'd go over there just to see how far i got till someone with proper authority told me to leave.
