there have been cases of boyfriends or husbands drugging women to let others have sex with them.

Twisted indeed, but a reality for some.

But I’m 55 (or 15 or 75 or………….), I’m not someone going out to parties and acting wild. Drug rape

can happen to anyone of any age in any environment, from a private home to a party to a cruise or

even in a hospital or nursing home. No one is exempt from the possibility.

But I was with friends and we were watching each others’ backs. Often people SAY that but what does

it mean? It should mean that you never let your friend’s back out of sight but that usually isn’t how it

works. Three young ladies went out together with that promise. One wandered away to visit friends.

The second realized that their third friend was suddenly acting very strange, too drunk, and hanging all

over a complete stranger. She went to find the first friend but when they returned, their third friend

was gone—shuttled away by the drug rapist. Or consider the friends who noticed that one lady was

suddenly acting very sexual and weird. It was time to take her home but she wanted to go to the

bathroom, so they told her to go and then they would leave. By herself? Hey, you already realized

something was WRONG with her!! She headed toward the bathroom, alone, never to return to her

friends. She was walked out the back door by the drug rapist.

Could anyone show location on this picture of the underground doors? Last night we were talking about earth moving, and truck route evidence of excavation.

Picture one is the island. If my theory is correct.. these blue/green doors will be lower than the tennis courts please edit map, and locate pieces of interest, (door ways)

I see similarities here, another anon and I figured appox 60 truckloads of dirt make up the sloped areas of the tennis courts (10-14 cubic yards) "20 tons" per truck.

The roads indicate a gradual incline as to be easy on heavy equipment, (trucks can't pull hard grades heavy steep inclines for long periods of time)

My gut is telling me, the the tennis courts are the roof to the entire underground complex.. the dirt excavated laid overtop of the facility..

Siemens Contractor Pleads Guilty to Planting 'Logic Bomb' in Spreadsheets

A former Siemens contractor has pledged guilty in federal court Friday to secretly planting code in automated spreadsheets he had created for the company over a decade ago that deliberately crashes the program every few years.

David Tinley, a 62-year-old resident of Harrison City, Pennsylvania, was hired by Siemens as a contract employee for Monroeville, Pennsylvania location, in 2002 to create custom automated spreadsheets for various Siemens projects related to the power generation industry.

However, according to the United States Justice Department (DoJ), Tinley intentionally and without the company's knowledge or authorization inserted "logic bombs" into computer programs that caused glitches in the spreadsheet after the expiration of a certain date.

Logic Bomb is a piece of computer code intentionally inserted into software or system to carry out specific operations like crash or malfunction after certain conditions are met, or an amount of time has expired.

For years logic bombs went off and spreadsheets glitched, and Siemens would recall Tinley and pay him to fix the problems with the spreadsheets that the company used to manage orders for electrical equipment.

Senate confirms judge despite Dems’ ‘unadulterated anti-Catholic bigotry’

n a 51-40 party-line vote Wednesday afternoon, the Senate voted to confirm Brian Buescher as a federal district judge for the district of Nebraska after he faced scrutiny from Judiciary Committee Democrats late last year for his membership in a Catholic fraternal organization.

Buescher found himself at the middle of a national debate about religious intolerance late last year after he was questioned by Democratic Sens. Mazie Hirono, Hawaii, and Kamala Harris, Calif., about his involvement with the Knights of Columbus, a Catholic fraternal organization dedicated to the principles of charity, unity, fraternity, and patriotism.

“The Knights of Columbus has taken a number of extreme positions,” Hirono said in December, noting the group’s adherence to Catholic teaching on same-sex marriage. “If confirmed, do you intend to end your membership with this organization to avoid any appearance of bias?”

Before the vote, Republican Sen. Ben Sasse of Nebraska took to the Senate floor to defend Buescher and urge colleagues to vote in favor of confirmation.

“Brian’s confirmation process has been an occasion for one of the most baffling displays of constitutional confusion and for prejudice I’ve seen in my time here,” Sasse told the chamber.

“Brian is a Catholic, and he’s a member of the Knights of Columbus. The Knights of Columbus is the largest Catholic fraternal organization in the world,” Sasse pointed out. “This is not a scandal.”

“But according to some of my colleagues,” Sasse continued, “the Knights of Columbus is an extremist outfit. The bill would establish a Copyright Claims Board (CCB) in the Copyright Office. This would not be a court and would be entirely separated from the court system. The only option to appeal any of the CCB’s determinations, based on the CCB’s legal interpretation, would be to ask the Register of Copyrights to review the decision. It would be theoretically possible to ask a federal court to review the determination, but only on the grounds that the CCB’s determination was “issued as a result of fraud, corruption, misrepresentation, or other misconduct” or if the CCB exceeded its authority. So if you disagree with the CCB’s legal interpretation, or even its competence to make a decision, you are out of luck. This raises red flags about potential due process and separation of powers problems under the Constitution.

The “small claims” part of the bill is also troubling, in that the CCB can award damages up to $30,000 per proceeding. This amount is only considered small in the context of copyright statutory damages, which range between $750-30,000 per work infringed, unless the infringement was willful, in which case, damages can be $150,000 per work. The $30K cap is a 2x-10x multiple of the maximum awards for small claims courts in 49 of 50 states. (Side note: what’s going on, Tennessee?) So losing a single small-claims action before the CCB could be a financial disaster for many people, potentially for nothing more than uploading a few pictures to your blog.

Placing some copyright infringement claims in an administrative forum may be unconstitutional under Supreme Court precedent.

Index's are doing the opening small pop and clearing the decks for the drop (from futures indications) to settle down towards slightly up to flat. NASDAQ is the best performer here as the earnings reports( :/ ) are fueling that rise as shorts rush to cover those too, double the buying pressure.

Remember shorting has an infinite loss potential as how high can it go right?. NASDAQ is quite a show as the "reports" are pretty comical- why would Goog have to buy that much stock right?

GDP numbers driving today(these were known as the futures were up slightly too). It's mostly credit but what is good is the personal spending and even though that is credit too, mostly, KEY POINT: it shows a growing confidence amongst "we the pepe's".

This does not change the banks untenable situation though, they are still fucked. As previouls warned several times: HAVE SOME CASH. You won't lose your money in the long term you just may not be able to access it for a period of time.

It should be headed by someone who does not place partisanship above the law, and who has the highest ethical standards and a sterling reputation. Robin Ashton does not fit that bill. Indeed, Ashton’s antics at DOJ have often been so petty and juvenile that she should be disqualified from serving in any career leadership position at Justice, much less the one responsible for enforcing ethical standards.

POTUS' "Greatest Economy Ever" Revised Away By Annual Data 'Corrections'

Not wanting to entirely rain on America's parade, after a stronger than expected set of data on growth this morning, President Trump's much-heralded 3.0% GDP growth in 2018 - "greatest economy ever" - has been slashed by annual revisions.

Updated government figures show that gross domestic product expanded 2.5% on a fourth-quarter-over-fourth-quarter basis last year.

That compares with a previous estimate of 3% and an upwardly revised 2.8% in 2017, the first year of Trump’s presidency.

Slower growth of business investment and exports, along with a greater output in the fourth quarter of 2017 that made the comparison less favorable.

Growth in the final three months of 2018 is now pegged at an annualized 1.1%, half the previous estimate and the slowest pace in three years, as consumer spending downshifted significantly.

Full-year revisions for other recent years were fairly minor and didn’t shift the economy’s overall trajectory. Year-over-year growth in 2017 was revised slightly higher, to 2.4% from an earlier estimate of 2.2%, largely due to higher government spending, higher consumer spending on goods and the availability of new government finance data.

DOJ’s Russia probe review focusing on 'smoking gun' tapes of meeting with Trump aide: sources

The Justice Department’s internal review of the Russia investigation is zeroing in on transcripts of recordings made by at least one government source who met with former Trump campaign aide George Papadopoulos overseas in 2016, specifically looking at why certain "exculpatory" material from them was not presented in subsequent applications for surveillance warrants, according to two sources familiar with the review.

The sources also said the review is taking a closer look at the actual start date of the original FBI investigation into potential collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians, as some allege the probe began earlier than thought. Both components are considered key in the review currently being led by Attorney General Bill Barr and U.S. Attorney from Connecticut John Durham – an effort sure to draw more attention in the coming weeks and months now that Robert Mueller's testimony is in the rearview.

The recordings in question pertain to conversations between government sources and Papadopoulos, which were memorialized in transcripts. One source told Fox News that Barr and Durham are reviewing why the material was left out of applications to surveil another former Trump campaign aide, Carter Page.

“I think it’s the smoking gun,” the source said.

“These recordings have exculpatory evidence,” the other source added. “It is standard tradecraft to record conversations with someone like Papadopoulos—especially when they are overseas and there are no restrictions.”

Prior to the 2016 presidential election, Papadopoulos met with Maltese professor Joseph Mifsud in London, who told him that the Russians had dirt in the form of emails that could damage Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign. Papadopoulos then told Australian diplomat Alexander Downer of the new information. Downer reported Papadopoulos’ comments to him to the FBI.

A source told Fox News that the "exculpatory evidence" included in the transcripts is Papadopoulos denying having any contact with the Russians to obtain the supposed "dirt" on Clinton.

But Papadopoulos did not only meet with Mifsud and Downer while overseas. He met with Cambridge professor and longtime FBI informant Stefan Halper and his female associate, who went under the alias Azra Turk. Papadopoulos told Fox News that he saw Turk three times in London: once over drinks, once over dinner and once with Halper. He also told Fox News back in May that he always suspected he was being recorded. Further, he tweeted during the Mueller testimony about "recordings" of his meeting with Downer.

It is unclear, at this point, which of these individuals may have recorded conversations with Papadopoulos.

Former Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., now a Fox News contributor, first signaled the existence of transcripts of secretly recorded conversations between FBI informants and Papadopoulos earlier this year.

“If the bureau’s going to send in an informant, the informant’s going to be wired, and if the bureau is monitoring telephone calls, there’s going to be a transcript of that,” Gowdy said in May on Fox News' “Sunday Morning Futures,” acknowledging he was aware of the files and suggesting they included exculpatory information.

“Some of us have been fortunate enough to know whether or not those transcripts exist. But they haven’t been made public, and I think one, in particular … has the potential to actually persuade people," he continued. “Very little in this Russia probe I’m afraid is going to persuade people who hate Trump or love Trump. But there is some information in these transcripts that has the potential to be a game-changer if it’s ever made public.”

The transcripts are currently classified, according to sources, but under President Trump’s move in May to approve declassification of documents related to the surveillance of his campaign during the 2016 election, Barr will likely have access to those documents in a declassified format.

A source told Fox News that without the declassification order signed by Trump, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats was not going to give anyone access to the files—over concerns for protecting sources and methods. But another source told Fox News in May that Coats, along with CIA Director Gina Haspel and FBI Director Chris Wray, are all working “collaboratively” with Barr and Durham on the review.

Barr and Durham are also trying to pinpoint the actual “start date” of the investigation, according to a source.
