Ive been thinking a lot about Nancy's trip to Italy.
Which perhaps is the God father 3 reference. I hadnt seen the movie in ages, so I had to dig on the plot, and saw this:
Through the charitable Vito Corleone Foundation (fronted by his daughter Mary), Michael made a $600 million donation to presiding (and corrupt) church officer Archbishop Gilday (Donal Donnelly) to help the Vatican with its real estate/loan problems, and received in exchange controlling interest in an international real estate holding company multiconglomerate called Immobiliare (its largest shareholder was the Vatican Bank). Delays in the deal came about when Pope Paul VI died, and the transaction couldn't be ratified.
I think this portion of the plot is the G3 reference by Q, and this charity/vatican conglomerate is how some of them have made their money AND able to wage a war.
Perhaps the spiritual side of this fight is some of the bad actors are full fledged zealots, and actually think theyre doing good? Or it could very well be what it looks like, mod families trying to get theirs.
No matter, I think Nancy is tending to her "garden" I dont think she would have the juice to get intel (at least not anymore)
