you can clearly see a shoe, sock, pant (lower leg) coming out of the water and if that IS Fuddy then she was still alive at that point
second image - there is someone else there
third image you can see a foot and it does not belong to the person in the life jacket, clearly it doesn't.
fourth image there is an extra hand (top of head of guy in foreground), an extra foot, and perhaps an extra lifejacket there. if there are two people with two lifejackets why is one strugling the whole time and why does putative Fuddy not assist and when does the separation occur?

there are two people there though…and the body position the whole time of the non-fuddy is un-natural. totally.
I just said the same thing below. IF that's NOT a diver (fine) then what on earth are they doing, why is fuddy (or whomever) not helping or asking for help etc.

and it does seem to me as I watch longer as if the second person is trying to steer the first person away from the rest of the passengers but making it look like a slow drift
