I looked into this more last night. I found the unedited footage with higher quality resolution. slow it down and set it to 1080p. link is set at 9:30, watch all the way to about 10:10. You will see a couple times that it is indeed a black pantleg with yellow soles on his shoes. I took a few caps to prove my point.

Not to say something fishy didn't happen with the crash, but we can't be chasing shit like that when it ends up being a pantleg and shoe.
I encourage you to look at the higher quality footage, you get a few glimpses beneath the water around those 2 people. Nobody is around them.
There are 2 people there. One is struggling to stay upright, which is why we see the soles of his shoes and pantleg come up and down. The other guy beside him is (I think) trying to help or stabilize him in some way.
Not to say there isn't something fishy with the crash but we can't be chasing dumb shit like that because we didn't look into it further.
There is no diver. If anyone is pulling that person (can't confirm if woman or man) it's the person right next to them. I'm actually going over the footage again to see why that person seems to be struggling to much.
Going over this part of the video again. because people still think there is a diver somewhere here…
The real question is why can't this middle person stay upright (can't even see head to determine if man or women) even with the help of someone directly beside them who is having no trouble staying upright.
We still don't even know if that is Fuddy.
Does seem odd that this person seems to be flailing and no one around seems that concerned that the person is struggling. There aren't any frames that I can see in this video that even indicate who that person is or whether or not they are a man or woman.
Might be worth going over the whole video again and try to identify all the women in the video and narrow it down to find Fuddy.
