There’s an injustice in the system that I am facing. The cards are totally stacked against me. I’m fighting against evil insurance people for just basic healthcare. How do I report my grievances against them? Will writing my reps a letter help my situation? I’ve found out how they game the system against the insured.

Good advice. I avoid pain medication myself when possible and opt for non opioid medicines instead for pain. This is more about my health condition worsening and was work related. I have no health insurance (besides what they are supposed to do) and desperately need additional testing that the ER would likely not provide. Insurance people run the system too much (and big pharma.)

The insurance wants to force me on disability so I would have to wait a year and have a different lawyer fight for me on that issue and hopefully win. At that point I would be able to get Medicaid and get the doc visits but at the cost of waiting a year while my condition gets worse and at taxpayer expense (instead of theirs which they are supposed to provide not the taxpayers.)

But will er do that for me? I have no money. I’m not supposed to be paying for this but these evil people make me wait 3 months per request and do anything to delay.
