Amazingly enough, eating WHOLE FOOD can be just as medicinally important, or more so, than weed.
Just increase your whole foods by 2 smoothies a day, for 30 days, and you WILL see a diff in yourself. (Smoothie: one part greens, such as kale, spinach, cilantro, beet greens etc, with 2 parts fruit and some liquid in a blender. Drink twice a day.) One should be eating the colors of the rainbow as much as possible each and every day.
