Try harder mossad. The Talmud is literally based on the oral traditions of the Pharisees. The Talmud is the rabbinical authoritative texts used by jews today. Anotherwards, the Pharisees Jesus called out are the forefathers of the religion we call judaism, which is really just a perverted form of the religion of Moses. Besides, scribes no longer exist because the Pharisees are the only survivors of the toppling of the temple 70ad.

 

So when Jesus is calling out the Pharisees, he is calling out the forefathers of today’s jews.
