I hope so. 3 years after massive flooding in WV, residents that lost everything are still waiting on funds to rebuild. Still living in campers. Still waiting on dept. of education to find a place to rebuild schools. The communities were decimated and left to fend for themselves, with the help of mostly volunteers from around the country. The money from FEMA never made it to the local communities. It's all disgraceful.
