15th is possible. There's a few astronomical 'coincidences' happening tomorrow, though. It's the New Moon, but the second in the month so it's called the Black Moon. Not only is it a Black Moon, but tomorrow's is a Black Super-Moon, when the moon is closest to the Earth. The new Moon will occur at 11:11pm Eastern.
Also happening tomorrow is some significant space weather activity related to coronal holes on the Sun.
