Hello Newfag, I can call you a newfag confidently because I remember when I was a newfag just like you. I remember thinking I knew things and the facts in my brain were indisputable. I mostly believed that because the people I trusted, you know.. people in authority, told me these facts were true. In fact they made me memorize their facts and called me a failure if I didn't accept and remember them wholesale.
Then, I made my way to the Chans. If I made a statement people forced me to back it up with sauce, even for things I thought were in no way under debate. I soon began to learn that when I sought out proof for a lot of the "facts" my teachers/professors/mentors told me, I realized quickly they were mostly full of shit.
