I found this guy who had initially only posted two times on his Instagram 1 to 2hrs after the shooting took place and tagged #ELPaso and ELPasoShooting and some more random tags. I decided to check back again and the he changed the name on the account. It was the_red_eyil and now is ana1pas. I find it very odd that the account seems to be active for some time but only posted right after the shooting took place and tagged it using a selfie with an very weird background. If anyone wants to help me dig a little more on this I would appreciate it. Also some twitter accounts tagged lead to a Canadian political pusher and an American politician which is very odd.

The delta on these posts was exactly 42 minutes and 24 seconds. 42 minutes makes me think the double posting and delta was intentional, as Bill Clinton was the 42nd president.

I don't know how accurate Q can get with the deltas, but if the 42:24 delta was intentional you will notice this is a mirror. This leads me to two possible interpretations. First, Bill Clinton could mirror George H.W. bush, in which he will be publicly pronounced dead to counter something and distract the public. Russia is acting on a pledge by President Vladimir Putin to shrink the role of dollar in international trade as tensions sour between Washington and Moscow.

The shift is part of a strategy to “de-dollarize” the Russian economy and lower its vulnerability to U.S. sanctions. But while the central bank was able to quickly dump half of its dollar holdings last year, progress in trade has been slow due to ingrained use of the greenback for many transactions.

The share of euros in Russian exports increased for a fourth straight quarter at the expense of the U.S. currency, according to central bank data. The common currency has almost overtaken the dollar in trade with the European Union and China and trade in rubles with India surged. The dollar’s share in import transactions remained unchanged at about a third.

“There’s been a strong incentive to change, not just for Russia but for its trading partners too,” said Dmitry Dolgin, an economist at ING Bank in Moscow. “The European Union is also now facing trade pressure from the U.S.” pushing them to try to reduce dependence on the dollar, he said.

The euro came close to replacing the dollar as the currency of choice for Russian exports to the European Union, with its share climbing to 42% in the first quarter from 32% a year earlier.

Looks like he went into the market pharmacy EXIT doors. Blue pole and parking curb line up wit sat images and street view photos. I thought I was on to something. But the video an anon stabilized had the STOP paint where it is in the shooters pic along with the white truck. What's weird is no google sat images have the STOP painted on the pavement.
