I'm monitoring the radio comms.
Couldn't get a lot of info due to a lot of cross talk (I'm monitoring several comms), but it sounded like a truck (silver chevy silverado?) tried to run over pedestrians by an autozone.
May be bad actors fleeing the scene, may just be a drunk driver. Police have not arrived yet.

Cleared second floor of building, no additional suspect yet. Basement remains to be checked, but he may have escaped from one of three fire exits on the roof.
There's one suspected shooter in custody, and another fled the scene. Possibly a third, as somebody was reported in the building by witnesses at the scene, police have searched the first and second floors and noted that there were 3 fire escapes on the roof, so he may have gotten away. Or, could just be two and the guy who got away is the guy who was in that truck speeding away that hit or almost hit a pedestrian.

Sounds like police are in pursuit of the escape vehicle and it is dodging cars. Not sure if this is the same escape car as noted earlier or an unrelated car. The officer was not clear.
