Actually yes, and gimp, and krita, and inkscape, and indesign, and lightroom, and darktable, but not in this case for some weird reason screencapping causes those weird marks to show up here but not locally. Other than that fuck off if you have no other comments about the image.

Yeah Tor can suck at times. As for your issue then its a local browser issue. I guess i missed the bit about your OS and browser. Clearing its cache and data for the site fixed my issues and removing all hosts file entries for ip & domain names for here as well. Maybe try another browser like Brave.
Another suggestion is if it's firefox try creating a new profile by launching it from the command line and forcing it to do so. It should start with a clean slate.
Also maybe check if you have an add-on or extension messing with the site, or under Windows if your firewall or AV is messing same thing.
