A Drug deal that went wrong, started out like this.
Pete: where do we meet to do the deal.
Bobby: how about the bridge (London of course).
Pete; sure meet you there at 11:00 (or whatever time it occured)
2 hours later,
Pete: Hey,
Bobby: Hey, how much?
Pete: says $$$
Bobby: price way to high…how about i stab you and take it (remember guns aren't allowed)
Pete: go for it.
struggle ensue attracts more people who gets in the way and inadvertently get stabbed.
Pete wrestles the knife from bobby,
Pete sees the bag of drugs picks it up (see video) and puts it in his pocket.
runs down the street with the knife in his hand,
realizes that he has the knife and the drugs and has to ditch the drugs.(also see end of video).
now i'm just guessing but that would make more sense to me from the video.
Saw the pictures also…looks like a regular vest you wear in the winter time. no wires, no big square boxes or items that would even resemble a package.
The part about don't believe the media is the part about the fake vest.
Maybe they are under the impression that they can live..

when he pulls it out of his pocket and throws it away without looking…it is way too heavy to be a soft hanky…
also…why in the hell did he just pick it up and put it in his pocket in the first place…he didn't wipe his hands or the knife (even though the knife is clean as a whistle).
