America "is the problem" to a certain extent. The former Ukranian ambassador that testified is a prime example of how the DS is literally a corroding thread. Lithium mining in SA and cobalt mining in Africa are other examples of that. There's a "US" Chamber of Commerce in practically every nation. Russia and its privatization of oligarchs controlling key resources is not something the DS would want ppl to look closely at. Russia being the enemy essentially turns peoples' ears off and makes them resistant into wanting to inquire further.
Another aspect though, is Our Lady of Fatima and the three secrets that were revealed in 1917, same year as Bolshevik Revolution and the creation of Israel through the Balfour Declaration. Here is the second secret:
