Before I retired, I led a team of business process consultants. We analyzed business processes and recommended changes to improve/streamline them. Big improvements, big changes.

Change management was a big part of our work. Changesโ€“no matter how beneficialโ€“are NOT automatically adopted by the rank and file members of an organization. They have to be persuaded.

So we would target those special people in an organization, those influential ones who could persuade others, the "change agents" we called them.

We would target getting 10% of the organization on board with the changes. We do this and 100% of the time, the other 90% eventually got on board with the changes.

We anons are the changes leaders. If we've gotten 10% of the public on board as the Watters segment suggests, our success is a foregone conclusion. It's now just a matter of time.

Take it to the bank.
