Anons, been looking over some posts from awhile back–"future proves past"

Today, a Newsweek reporter resigned because they wouldn't publish his story about the OPCW totally misrepresenting the results of their investigation of the alleged chemical weapons attack in Douma, Syria. Newsweek said "The writer pitched a conspiracy theory rather than an idea for objective reporting. Newsweek editors rejected the pitch."

The reporter believes it was covered up because it would embarrass the US, but we know better.

The actual attack happened around Q#1077-#1080. If you read through those posts, it sounds as if /ourguys were expecting some sort of attack (or false flag); in fact, it sounds as if we were in communication with Russian intelligence (sparrow red), who may have tipped us off.

Remember at this time, POTUS had recently announced he was planning to pull our troops out of Syria. Turns out that move was a lot more complex than we knew at the time. If you do a search on "Qatar-Turkey pipeline," and look at how that relates to Syria, you start to realize how this all fits together–Benghazi, the Syrian Civil War, the mass immigration of refugees into Europe, and more.

Remember that spontaneous uprising the "Arab Spring?" The one that ended with Ghaddafi's corpse being paraded around? It was anything but. Ghaddafi had plans to require the purchase of oil in a gold-backed African currency. That pissed off France and would have undermined the dollar, so he had to go.

Qatar had long wanted to run an oil pipeline to Turkey–this would have been good for Qatar, good for Turkey, good for Europe (it would reduce their dependency on Russian energy), and apparently good for others (Israel and Saudi Arabia) as well. In order to do that, they needed to go through Syria…and Assad wouldn't have it–he was allied with Russia, and didn't want to go against them. So he had to go.

Qatar donated a million dollars to the Clinton Foundation, and you know what that means–our people are going to die to say "thanks." It turns out that the US (and various EU countries) basically started training and arming what would become ISIS:

Note that the leader of the White Helmets "died" about two weeks ago–Assad said that he, like many others, died because he knew too much. So why would POTUS carry out a strike even though he knew it was a false flag? Timing. The reason the Syrian Civil War started was because of a goddamned pipeline for Europe that would keep money in the right hands. It would require 279 darkened and 127 lit windows, and the help of those respective offices. We contacted 14 businesses and provided them with floor plans detailing which blinds to open and close. The support we received from the offices and their employees was integral to illuminating our name.

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. - More than 50 local police officers raided a local mental health hospital.

Only Channel 2 Action News was there when detectives pulled evidence and questioned employees.

Investigators spent hours going through evidence today at two Lakeview Behavioral Health buildings in Gwinnett County.

One is located on Medlock Bridge Road and the other is on One Technology Parkway.

For months, former patients and their families have complained of unexplained injuries after leaving Lakeview.

Police spent hours searching and seizing patient records and computers, as well as interviewing workers at the administrative office. Detectives said they believe they will find evidence of dozens of crimes.

“This is a very large-scale investigation,” said Gwinnett County Police Spokesperson Michele Pihera.

Officials brought their own truck and van for all the evidence they expected to find.

Authorities said they are looking into complaints of abuse, over-drugging and fraud at the facility owned by Acadia Healthcare.

“It appears all the employees are cooperative, they all understand why we are here,” Pihera said.

Channel 2’s Tony Thomas has been investigating Lakeview for months.

At Lakeview, no one would talk to Channel 2, but group CEO Jim Spruyt emailed saying: “We continue to work collaboratively and transparently with law enforcement as they follow up their investigation of uncorroborated complaints.”

“It's just a matter of going through a lot of paperwork,” Pihera said.

No charges have been filed. Both facilities are still open.

New allegations of a State Department cover-up?

New allegations rocking the State Department involve alleged incidents during HILLARY CLINTON’S tenure as Secretary of State.

NBC News has obtained documents tied to ongoing investigations at the State Department involving eight cases of alleged misconduct by state department workers, contractors, and a United States ambassador. The incidents reportedly occurred during HILLARY CLINTON’S tenure, according to the documents.

An internal Inspector General memo from last October reported the ambassador under investigation “routinely ditched his protective security detail in order to solicit sexual favors from both prostitutes and MINOR CHILDREN.” The report also states that a high-ranking official at the State Department directed investigators to “cease the investigation.”

The ambassador, whom NBC News has chosen not to identify, denied all allegations.

While refusing to comment on the specific investigations, a state department spokesperson said “the notion that we would not vigorously pursue criminal misconduct in a case, in any case, is preposterous.”

If Chalupa didn’t give the hackers access, getting it was as simple as doing your job using someone else’s login. This means someone with the password physically typed it in and the hacker/ researcher took over.

The Ukrainian Intelligence workers still work with Irena Chalupa at the Atlantic Council’s DFRLab, StopFake, Propornot, Disinfo Portal, and Bellingcat. The hackers worked directly with Andrea Chalupa through of her connection at EuromaidanPR, and InformNapalm. The same hackers worked with Dimitry Alperovich through the Atlantic Council’s DFRLab and Irena Chalupa. They were hunting for hackers they nicknamed Fancy Bear. The hackers were communicating with Dimitry Alperovich and Crowdstrike through Twitter and are part of the same social network.

Plot Emerged to Fix Venezuela Without Maduro or Guaido

The standoff in Venezuela briefly took a new twist, according to a report from the Spanish newspaper ABC.

People close to both President Nicolas Maduro and his rival Juan Guaido plotted to push both men aside and end the nation’s crisis with the rule of a temporary junta, the newspaper reported without citing where it got the information.

The article didn’t cite sources by name, nor was it completely clear how deeply embedded the plan was before it was discovered and fell apart. But the story suggests a strong desire within the camps of both men to end the standoff between Maduro and Guaido almost a year old. Guaido, the National Assembly president, has been recognized by more than 50 countries, including the U.S., as Venezuela’s leader.

Third Way

The ABC story suggested a third way, which the paper reported was born out of talks between emissaries of high-ranking Venezuelan officials with opposition leaders, in four countries between April and October this year, after huge rallies demanding Maduro’s exit. The key figure appears to be Humberto Calderon Berti, then the designated ambassador to Colombia who Guaido dismissed last month. He was the main Guaido negotiator in the talks with the emissaries for Venezuelan officials who defied Maduro.

At some point in the talks, the paper said, Calderon Berti was approached to head a “transitional junta” – a small group of powerful men who would lead the nation for 18 months. The paper said that an agreement was drafted by August, with the document outlining the political changes to oust Maduro, sideline Guaido and install the junta sent around to the key players. The Venezuelan officials who sent emissaries for the secret talks included president of the National Constituent Assembly Diosdado Cabello, one of Venezuela’s most powerful men with strong ties to the military, Supreme Court President Maikel Moreno and Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino.

The negotiations were complex, involving the reconciliation of various factions within the army and voiding the May 2018 presidential elections Maduro is widely seen as winning only by fraud.

Minor amendments have since been made to the 1986 Act.

These statutes share several common characteristics. Both Title III and FISA prescribe authorization procedures which must be followed before electronic surveillance can be conducted. Compare 18 U.S.C. §§ 2516 to 2517 with 50 U.S.C. §§ 1802 to 1805. These procedures include judicial approval of surveillance applications; minimization of interceptions by surveilling officials; and limitations on the use of intercepted information. Moreover, both statutes impose civil and criminal sanctions on unauthorized surveillance activities. Compare 18 U.S.C. §§ 2511 (criminal penalties) and 2520 (civil sanctions) with 50 U.S.C. §§ 1809 (criminal penalties) and 1810 (civil sanctions). On the other hand, one court has distinguished between these regimes, holding that "FISA regulates both aural and visual electronic surveillance conducted for foreign intelligence purposes, and [Title III] regulates aural electronic surveillance conducted for domestic purposes." A shadowy media firm steps in to help orchestrate a sophisticated campaign of mass deception. Rather than alert the public to the smallpox threat, the company sets up a high-tech “ops center” to convince the public that an accident at a chemical plant threatens London. As the fictitious toxic cloud approaches the city, TV news outlets are provided graphic visuals charting the path of the invisible toxins. Londoners stay indoors, glued to the telly, convinced that even a short walk into the streets could be fatal.

This scenario may sound like a rejected plot twist from a mediocre Bond flick, but one company is dead set on making this fantasy come to life.

Strategic Communication Laboratories, a small U.K. firm specializing in “influence operations” made a very public debut this week with a glitzy exhibit occupying prime real estate at Defense Systems & Equipment International, or DSEi, the United Kingdom’s largest showcase for military technology. The main attraction was a full-scale mock-up of its ops center, running simulations ranging from natural disasters to political coups.

Just to the right of the ops center, a dark-suited man with a wireless microphone paces like a carnival barker, narrating the scenarios. Above him a screen flashes among scenes of disaster, while to his right, behind thick glass, workers sit attentively before banks of computer screens, busily scrolling through data. The play actors pause only to look up at a big board that flashes ominously between “hot spots” like North Korea and Congo.

While Londoners fret over fictitious toxins, the government works to contain the smallpox outbreak. The final result, according to SCL’s calculations, is that only thousands perish, rather than the 10 million originally projected. Another success.

Of course, the idea of deluding an entire city seems, well, a bit like propaganda.

“If your definition of propaganda is framing communications to do something that’s going to save lives, that’s fine,” says Mark Broughton, SCL’s public affairs director. “That’s not a word I would use for that.”

In another doomsday scenario, the company assists a newly democratic country in South Asia as it struggles with corrupt politicians and a rising insurgency that threatens to bubble over into bloody revolution. SCL steps in to assist the benevolent king of “Manpurea” to temporarily seize power.

Oh, wait, that sounds a lot like Nepal, where the monarchy earlier this year ousted a corrupt government to stave off a rising Maoist movement. The problem is, the SCL scenario also sounds a lot like using a private company to help overthrow a democratically elected government. Another problem, at least in Nepal, is that the king now shows few signs of returning to democracy.

The company, which describes itself as the first private-sector provider of psychological operations, has been around since 1993. But its previous work was limited to civil operations, and it now wants to expand to military customers.

If SCL weren’t so earnest, it might actually seem to be mocking itself, or perhaps George Orwell. As the end of the smallpox scenario, dramatic music fades out to a taped message urging people to “embrace” strategic communications, which it describes as “the most powerful weapon in the world.” And the company Web page offers some decidedly creepy asides. “The [ops center] can override all national radio and TV broadcasts in time of crisis,” it says, alluding to work the company has done in an unspecified Asian country.

The government’s use of deception in the service of national security is not new. During World War II, for example, Allied forces conducted a massive misinformation campaign, called Operation Fortitude, designed to hide plans for the Normandy invasion. More recent efforts have met with controversy, however. In 2002, the Pentagon shuttered its brand new Office of Strategic Influence after public outcry over its purported plans to spread deceptive information to the foreign press.

Government deception may even be justified in some cases, according to Michael Schrage, a senior adviser to the security-studies program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. “If you tell the population that there’s been a bio-warfare attack, hospital emergency rooms will be overwhelmed with people who sincerely believe they have all the symptoms and require immediate attention,” Schrage says.

The problem, he adds, is that in a democracy, a large-scale ruse would work just once.

The U.S. government has generally sought to limit disinformation; some agencies—such as the CIA—are explicitly prohibited by law from misleading domestic press. And while the CIA is fond of concealment, it takes pride in the belief that truth is necessary for an open government, a sentiment chiseled into the agency’s lobby.

I just watched Lindsey Graham on Maria Bartiromo"s Fox News show and he said When the impeachment goes to the Senate he will as quickly as possible call for a vote to end it without questioning many witnesses. IMO there will be no introducing of evidence that will bring any dark to light. It will be up to Horowitz to be the hammer.
