On 18 FEB-2019, an anon found, and Q confirmed, the security camera from which the London Pics were taken at Victoria Embankment. The image that Q confirmed was from Google Maps Streetview, MAY-2012. The docking station for bike hires can be seen in the lower right corner of the image - or the corner of the junction, Whitehall Gardens side. There are other pics available from other sources that confirm the general features of that scene at that general time.
The next available date in Streetview for that area is MAY-2014. The security camera is not in its place. It does return in the next four (4) available dates, JULY-2014, AUG 2014, MAY 2015, and JUL-2016. Then it is gone again for the next four (4) available dates including the latest, MAY-2019. And prior to MAY-2012 the camera was in its place for the three (3) previous available dates of AUG-2009, JUL-2008, and JUN-2008.
What does this means for the time range discussed previously?
Some part of MAY-2014 can be ruled out as having been used to take the Q photos, such as those in NSA Traf CAM ROT1 and NSA Traf CAM ROT2 (see Q 1423). Beyond JUL-2016 there is no security camera from which to have taken photos, it would seem, based on the available images.
I thought to add this to the record because these are gaps that may be significant -- or may become significant.
As far as the estimated time range within which these particular Q London pics might have been taken, these gaps occurred before and after the Autumn/Winter of 2014 and so would have no impact.
IDK if there may be other significance as of yet.
